My husband and I went out to dinner here tonight and were very impressed. I ordered the ribeye surf and turf rare but it came out medium. The manager came over and immediately ordered me a new one. Both the waitress and the manager we both amazing and made us feel very well cared for. They even let me bring home the overcooked one to give to our dogs, they were also very excited.

First visit to this location and definitely be back. The service and food were great. We visited 3/22/2024 around 5pm table 43, so mad forgot the servers name, he was very attentive. Definitely be back!

The Burger had very hard pebble like chunks, had it replaced with shrimp tacos that were bland and chewy, I expected the skillet cookie to be soft but it was very hard around the edges so about half of it was inedible. Definitely would not recommend.

My husband and I have become regulars at this Chilis because it really is that good. At first, we were looking for a restaurant that’s close to the highway and on our way home from work. We decided on Chilis because I really wanted to try the smokehouse combo I saw in an advertisement. We have been going there weekly for the past year and each time, it’s a great experience. The food is delicious and you can tell that the wait staff love what they do. We would commonly ask for our favorite, Molly, but the rest of the staff approach their work with the perfect combination of friendliness, professionalism, and kindness to ensure you have a wonderful experience. There’s a reason we keep coming back and it’s because the atmosphere and food here is fantastic.
My wife and I had incredible food and service from Chili's in Salem NH! Our server Rylee was awesome! We also met the Managing partner Joe R. and he was such a pleasure to meet and talk to. Thank you Chili's for having a great team in Salem representing the company! We are looking forward to our next visit!!!
