Most unkempt chipotle i’ve ever been to. Trash overflowing, drink dispenser grate overflowing with ice which also ends up on the floor, area by the drink dispenser full of trash, whole food line covered and smeared with food. Foil and bowls always end up covered in the food mess, and i always end up with a few rogue tomato’s or corn wrapped up in my burrito. I’ve given this location a ton of chances as it’s in a great location. The food (when correct) is good. But i have noticed they run out of certain food quite early in the night. Definitely needs better management and maybe a health inspector.

Out of key ingredients at 8:45 but don't close until 11. They had the ingredients for the on line orders but would not give any to walk ins. Not very clean either. Some stores stay in business purely by location and name recognition.

Food all over the floor, went in to pick up an order and asked nicely if they had an order for me and they ignored me and walked right past me with my order and placed it in the pickup counter. Not how you treat customers. I am also in the restaurant business and this is not how you treat customers.

Found hair in my food. Their phone goes straight to an automated system. When I submitted my complaint, it told me to visit their website and wait 1 business day for them to get back to me.

I’ve given this location so many chances and it seems to disappoint every time. The drink machine is always empty or broken, the dining area is absolutely filthy, trash barrel in the kitchen area constantly overflowing, and the food is made carelessly and usually cold.

Smallest portion I have ever seen in any Chipotle locations. I had to get double protein and even then, there was less meat than other locations. They literally dropped all the meat before putting it in my bowl😂

Love myself some Chipotle. Ran over here right quick since I was in the Tuscan Village to grab something to eat. It was a little messy inside, but service was good and the food was good as well. They should definitely take some time to make the atmosphere look a little better and more welcoming. Other than that, not a bad experience.

Update: Found a chunk of glove plastic in my food. Quite literally choked on it. Risked it again going here and paid for my mistake.

After not going for a long time thinking I would kind of take a look and see if they've improved. The line was a mess with food all smeared across the line, only risked it because the food was actually stocked for once and looked reasonable. Seemed like they were trying.

Regional management needs to step in and overhaul the staff at this location. None of the Chipotle values are upheld at this location compared to other ones in the area. I really don't understand how no one from the company has stepped in to respond to the astronomical amount of negative reviews at this location. Big management issue your store should be stocked and ready to serve people until 11:00 p.m. If that's what your hours are posted for. Otherwise what's the point of being in business just close at 9:00? But then they would be out of food at 6:00 p.m. Right? Haha. Extremely poor work ethic here.

Chipotle management please step in and fix this location it's a joke going here and I amongst the abundant other dissatisfied customers would like to be able to actually dine at their local Chipotle location instead of driving an extra 15-20 minutes to another one. And don't give me one of those copy and paste response redirects to your website form. Take some action
