This is the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. The trash is always overflowing, tables disgusting, bathrooms resemble those of a rest stop, silverware never stocked, soda fountain looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it opened. There are ten employees behind the counter but no one does anything anywhere else. Can’t imagine what the sanitary practices look like where they prepare our food. Do yourself a favor and travel 15 minutes to the next closest Chipotle. Also if you don’t want to take my advice, go through the side door. The front doors been broken for months and similar to all the other problems here, they don’t care to fix it.

Update: Please avoid this place for the sake of your health. This is by far the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in in my entire life and I've been in hundreds. I used to get restaurants ready for inspections so I know what to look for. I can only imagine how they handle the food after setting the interior. I was there tonight(2/5/25). Every and I mean every single surface in there is dirty and disgusting. The walls the floors, the windows, the shelves where the take out food is kept, the counter tops, the line where the food is served from, the bathroom mirrors, I mean every where you look there's grime, dirt and trash. I watched an employee with gloves on handle money and then wrap a burrito without changing his gloves or washing his hands. This place is always dirty when I'm here both in the dining room and kitchen area. I pick up orders here for doordash but would never eat here myself. Gross. The worst part is that I made this post originally a long time ago and you think they would have seen it and cleaned the place by now but honestly I don't they have cleaned it since the original post. Please avoid at all costs or go in and see for yourself
Parking: Parking is tough when it's busy. Spots are somewhat tight as well

How on planet earth can a Mexican restaurant make a customer leave the line and go out to their car to order a quesadilla online. Come on Chipotle. It literally takes 30 seconds to make. I was literally turned away. Corporate needs to get this fixed! Salem, maybe tell corporate you value your customers over their insane policies and let a customer order a damn quesadilla in the store.

Apparently you have to know someone to get a normal amount of protein. I asked for chicken and the girl put the tiniest scoop and then turned around and walked away. I had to tell the second girl it wasn’t enough meat and she agreed and added more. First Girl knew the guy behind me in line and scooped half a pan of chicken onto his burrito.

Fresh food, very generous portions and they recycle all the glass bottles, plastic utensils, serving trays and separate out the food waste
Vegetarian options: Beans, white or brown rice options, cheese, guacamole are options for vegetarians as tacos. Burritos or bowls

This location has the nicest employees. They didn't roll my eyes when I asked for plain white rice (son and husband don't like cilantro). The meat wasn't burnt. Even though there's a location two minutes from my house, I'll be coming to this location.

What is going on Chipotle? It may be the last time I order look at the advertisement look at what I got today half of the bowl. Brown rice, chicken, corn, lettuce and sour cream, when I got home my husband couldn’t believe it :-( plus the beans was watered down so bad it had no taste 🤪😡🤬

I used to go to the Methuen Location but the Tuscan Village in Salem is 10x better. They do not short customers on the meat. Service is quick and they're always pleasant.
