My friend and I have been a frequent customer for years now at Copper Door and have always loved the food and service . We have never had bad service at this restaurant which I think is something to be celebrated. Recently, Stephanie was awesome during a busy valentines weekend. She was inviting, prompt and friendly. This is something to be celebrated during special times and so rare to find. She is a great server !! Thank you so much Stephanie

Went for lunch. Drinks were excellent. Food was reasonable price and decent portions. 4 people 2 cocktails,1 soda, 2 apps,4 meals and 1 dessert. $117 I thought was excellent price.

My husband and I decided to finally give The Copper Door a try for my Birthday dinner this year and wow was it good! I got the Bosc Pear salad to start and my husband got a ssoup of the which was a shrimp bisque I believe the for dinner I got the baked stuffed haddock and he got the 16 ounce ribeye. All of our food was top notch! Birthday dessert was free which was so nice & very delicious, I chose their cupcake special. Our waitress was very helpful and very sweet, she made our experience even better! I highly recommend giving them a try!

We went to celebrate our friends birthday . We were greeted by a very nice server Jenny. She was super attentive and had alot of patience with all our questions and such. The chicken dish that my friend and I were splitting was good but alittle dry and Jenny kind and offered to get us a replacement. Meanwhile the manager Sean came over and was extremely nice and took the meal off of our tab and even gave us gift certificates to come back and enjoy them again. This is customer service at its best! Im looking forward to going back.

Generally this place is good but not amazing. I tend to like it better for lunch than dinner. Please stop brining/over-salting the vegetable sides. If someone orders vegetables it’s because they like them. Both broccolini and Brussels sprouts are inedible without rinsing them off due to oversalting. Repeated issue with this. Otherwise good service and meal selection.
My wife and I have been coming here since 2018. The last year or so the place has really gone to shit. Every time we go it feels like something is wrong with our meal. Inconsistent portion sizes, over cooked and undercooked food, missing ingredients in salads. The last 3 times we have been something has been off and even after telling the staff the replacements were also poorly executed. I got the fried chicken it came out burnt to a crisp, visibly black in spots, I asked them to take it back and the replacement was half breaded and also burnt visibly black breading. They gave us a gift card and sent us on our way, telling me that the visibly burnt half breaded chicken was seems good enough by the kitchen manager. Next time we go and order steaks, both med rare, they both come out well. We sent them back and they managed to overcook and undercook the replacement. Part of the steak was well done on the outside and it was raw in the middle. I deleted a 5 star review as a result and am now leaving this one. You used to have great food but something is wrong with your kitchen. This is such a common occurrence it ridiculous and it’s not worth the frustration no matter how many gift cards you give us to come back, and I hate it every time it happens because it’s such a waste of food. I’ll just stick to cooking steaks at home.

Highly recommend the Filet Mignon it was cooked to perfection. We also tried the Crispy Fried Chicken with Mash and that was also delicious. Drinks were very good. Atmosphere was enjoyable and our waitress Madison was great. We will definetly be back soon to try some more dishes that caught our eye.
