It's a decent place when you're in the mood for large cookies, since availability is always changing daily you never know if the cookies will be chewy, hard, not sweet enough or just straight up bizarre like the maple bacon cookie

Just an inexcusable dereliction of duty. A simple order was placed and at 8:10pm we had let the location know we were here. Then I had the distinct pleasure of watching 30 minutes worth of customer service. They were exemplary when it came to others. Making sure their orders were fulfilled and customer interaction was 10/10. Except for me. Even saw what happens when you press the "I'm Here" button and get service. They can find the right car. For what ever reason my order just could not be fulfilled. They made the order, held the order but did not bring out the order. I went inside and asked them if it was ready since clearly out of all the orders mine was forgotten. Gave them 2 different names nothing. Went to the car asked my fiancé if it was the right location. It was. Proceeded to come inside and ask again to my surprise still no order. Then someone remembered they made an order they had forgotten. They matched the box of cookies they had put to the side for no apparent reason and realized it was not divine intervention as to why they made that 6 mini pack and it was a persons. I got a sorry after nearly working a shift for some cookies. Never knew the wait for cookies was 30 minutes with a side of detective work.
