Dairy Queen (Treat)

I came here with a friend of mine a few days ago and had a negative experience. The workers were rude and had incredibly slow service for the two items that I ordered. Additionally, the workspace/preparation area that was visible to all customers was very messy and dirty looking. The food and ice cream tasted fine, but the poor customer service made a damper on this experience overall.

The guys working here today were awful and rude. Two guys "working", no customers. I was completely ignored while one proverbially picked his nose and the other was on his cell phone, undoubtedly in contest to not take the next order. When phone guy finally got of his call he seemed totally put out he had lost and had to make a shake. He barely blended it (2 seconds max) so it was a solid ice-cream. I asked for whipped cream and surprise, got none. If you don't like your job please quit and give it to someone who at least does the bare minimum. Customer service should be a core value of any forward facing employee in any company.

My family and I like this place. They have really good ice cream for really good prices but the parking situation makes it annoying to come here. There's a tiny parking lot and not enough picnic tables. This place is always busy which is great, but they really have to do something about parking and seating. Just a thought 🙂 awesome place otherwise.

I love Dairy Queen but unfortunately the employees at the Salem NH location seemed rude and non-compliant.The employee also forgot to flip my blizzard upside down and when I mentioned that to them, they said that they don’t do that anymore and laughed in my face as if they were lying to me.If the policy has changed please let me know and place a sign in regards to this so that this doesn’t happen to anyone elseUPDATEThe link dq sent to me to resolve this issue doesn’t work!!!!!! Why can’t you just put up a sign that you don’t flip blizzards upside down! That’s all!! Some people on the spectrum don’t think like you!!! Please fix your protocols so that everyone can comprehend them!!! Inclusion matters!!Thank you

First timers here in my country we don't have DQ I like it those variety of Blizzards, Shakes Ice Cream definitely will taste another one, and most importantly doesn't fall from your cup

Combined with an Orange ? Julius, I ordered a Chocolate Brownie Dough Blizzard for my son and myself. My friend ordered a sundae. We liked our ice-cream but I thought the portions were small compared to price. Good service. If we're in the mood for ? ice-cream, we will stop by again.Delivery through DoorDash.I recommend this Dairy Queen.

Ordered a large coke and a large water, paid for both items. Manager starts getting mad at the employee who rang me out then turns to me and says "free water can only be a small" I told her i don't mind paying the price of a large soda and just getting water if thats okay and she freakes out and said "I'm the manager of this store and our owner says you can only have a small water" I'm confused why I can't just get water if I pay for a soda? I'm not looking to get anything for free. And there was no need for her to be rude to her employee or myself about it. I also work at the mall a few stores down from them so now I know where I won't be going.

Awful I mean extremely awful. Ordered a m&ms blizzard this was chewing asphalt horrified could not eat what a waste of money omg change that stuff monthly not yearly omg bad tooth breaking awful experience
