I usually refrain from leaving a bad review if I can avoid it but unfortunately we have had this happen many times with this dominos location and it’s beyond frustrating. We always ask for extra sauce on our pizza and every single time it comes with literally almost no sauce at all. Last time I happened to notice prior to leaving the restaurant that they forgot extra sauce and also did the wrong toppings. They remade it no problem, but the rest of the food I ordered wasn’t remade so it got cold as I waited. This time my husband picked up pizza and when he got home with our “extra sauce” pizza he opened it to find it again had almost no sauce and also extra cheese which we definitely didn’t ask for. This location just seems to very consistently mess up the pizza orders.
We also ordered a simple order of buffalo wings tonight and they were honestly disgusting. The texture of the skin was mushy like they were barely cooked, they were supposed to be coated in buffalo sauce and it looked like they threw the wings in the box then drizzled a little buffalo across the pile with a squirt bottle, barely even covering half of each wing. I’m not picky but they were so bad I took a few bites and threw them away.

First they dropped the pizza sent it back to get remade forgot the buffalo and took almost 2 hours, just to receive a message of a pizza

Delivery driver was lovely, but everything else was not. Ordered a simple cheese pizza. I asked for extra sauce, no garlic seasoning and well done. It arrived stone cold (50 mins from order placed to delivered) after and none of my 3 requests were achieved. In fact, the dough was raw in parts. Dominos you need to do better when you expect someone to pay $18 for a medium cheese pizza.

Dominos will deliver in the middle of a flash flood thunderstorm! Unfortunately, my pizza 🍕 did not make it in 1 piece. I called and the manager was so understanding. He refunded my order and redilivered! Even offered to give me more credits. I said dont worry about it. Both delivery drivers were extremely friendly. Thank you dominos.

Past 3 times I’ve ordered here the pizza hasn’t been cut. I don’t know how long the pizza cutter qualifications takes at dominoes but hopefully there would be one person who’s capable of cutting pizza.
