Im giving 3* only because we have ordered here before and its usually fine but this time was far from it. My bf and I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza for dinner for delivery. The delivery driver Andrew was horrendous. Rang my buzzer once and before even giving us a half a second to get downstairs proceeds to press the buzzer again and then hold it for what felt like minutes. After hes done holding it down he then starts just pressing the button relentlessly (meanwhile my bf is already out the door and going downstairs which takes 1 minute tops.) My bf then gets downstairs and tells me Andrew didnt even speak a word just handed him the food took the money and walked away. The pizza was also incorrect. Not even what we ordered. We didnt have the patience or energy to leave and rectify the issue as it was my birthday and we just wanted a low-key night in so we brushed Andrews rude af behavior off and enjoyed our incorrect order.

I ordered contactless delivery and the delivery driver (John?) actively ignored that and pressured/solicited my autistic daughter into giving him a tip. Absolutely abysmal customer service and an unacceptable way to treat someone.

Foods goodThey make it fast and have pretty good deals. If you order a dipping sauce though, double check your order. I have ordered, paid for, and didn't get dipping sauce with my order more than once here.

Stole my pizza said it was canceled and lied told me excuses of what he cannot do which I used to be a manager no he can do fully well did not receive my free pizza back of 60 points because they stole it because I can guarantee they’re all laughing and eating it literally a bunch of accidents that should’ve been swallowed instead of reproduce running around an industry making pizza they should not be doing they should be getting education and not running around like a little bunch of cum accidents that people decide to keep for pets what a mistake they were in ordering because they not only stole food but they only proved of the biggest accidents on the planet and this dominoes will be reported to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning I am not happy at all and wish I could give someone a Pizza slap with the pizza

i love the food and variety here! the customization of all the different items (mainly pizza) is amazing! over a year of ordering here and they’ve only “messed up” three times. one time i ordered the pasta bread bowl and it was in a aluminum tin instead of the bread bowl, and the other time the delivery driver was given the wrong pizza, and one other time the delivery driver was a little later than the estimated delivery time. none of which were extreme enough for me to even be upset, but all three times i’ve had great resolutions and they always make up for the mistake with a free pizza!

I bring kids here cause it's cheaper than McDonald's & beats lil Ceasars. Sometimes the center of the pie is undercooked though & the end of the slices stick to the box ?

I don’t generally leave online reviews, I attempt to work it out with the business. As someone who managed restaurants for years and know how hard it is, It’s about how the employees deal with the mistakes that matter most and a sorry should be part of it. I ordered $60 worth of food for my family and paid for 5 extra icings. My order gets to the door and I have 1 icing and I should have had 6. The driver looks at me like I’m an inconvenience and says, “it’s pretty far, you’re fine with the one right?” No I’m not, obviously when I paid for extra. If you get paid for the delivery then check it. So he refused to come back, didn’t apologize and when I asked if he could talk to the mgr he said, “you can call, I’m just a driver”. Call I did, about 7 times, first time I’m put on hold and never answered and all the others nobody answered. I get the fact that everyone is short staffed but you won’t have to worry about being busy anymore if this is Your response to upset customers. I tried the corporate line and it told me to call the store I ordered from. Not cool.

Yesterday, Sunday June 4th we were moving some furniture and I decided to grab some pizza for the guys moving the furniture. I called in an order for 2 pizzaa and the new tater tots and went down to pick it up. The order had just come out of the oven and was being boxed up. Everything was great. I was even greeted nicely when i walked in. As I was being rung up I could hear the phone ringing. I asked the gentleman, are you alone? He said yup. I'm taking the orders, cooking them, boxing them, ringing them up, cleaning up, can't do deliveries and cant get to everything but I'm doing the best I can. Anyhow, he was very pleasant but looked exhausted so hopefully he will get some help or will leave or just drop! I hate to say the location as he was already so busy but he deserves kudos.He was working at the Rte. 28 Domino's Pizza in Salem, NH on Sunday June 4th.
