The manager at this Dunkin’s is terrible he is flat out rude and has no customer service skills on top of that he treats his employees Terribly I went into this location two days in a row on one occasion, he said out loud to himself why do I have employees so I can do the work myself? By far the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen then today as I was waiting for my food he told somebody at the drive-through sorry these guys have no idea what they’re doing. Have a great day. The staff at this location works really hard and I think they deserve better management. Whoever is the DM of this location really needs to have a chat with this guy or find a manager that will actually do his job and treat his team well.

The absolute worst customer service. Guy in the blue shirt had gloves on, scratched his head and didn’t even change the gloves. I got a small cold brew and tasted like they mixed water with left over cold brew to increase the quantity. I really don’t know how the General managers don’t take note of the poor quality and low reviews. I guess Dunkin doesn’t care about food quality, safety or hygiene anymore.

This is the second time I've gotten ice in my nitro brew coffee... first time they at least remade it. This time they also forgot the hash browns in my Chipotle hash brown wrap... it's in the damn name.... and tbh those are kinda disgusting without the hashbrowns.... they bacon doesn't mix well with the Chipotle... at least it's only 11$ im out.

I recently started stopping into this location since I began working nearby. I can entirely understand that most times, when people take time out of their day to review a chain like Dunkin, it’s almost always negative. But this location has been so pleasant in my last few experiences! I have to share as it’s been like 4-5 visits now. First time the drive thru was overwhelmed and I came inside, and yes - it was when they were out of caramel LOL. I took it in stride even though I’m a sweet coffee drinker and the workers seemed exhausted but also so kind and jovial. The leader on seems like a riot, so funny and friendly. I’ve gotten a bacon egg and cheese toasted consistently when visiting and I must say- this location makes the best sandwich! It’s always crafted with care, properly toasted, and never skimpy on bacon. I’m always met with smiles and pleasantry at the drive thru windows and the one time I popped inside. Every location/ human being will have an off day- but this location has made me smile each and every time! Wishing the best to you all x

Don’t even bother asking for extra cream cheese. They’ll charge you. And won’t put it on and then huffy when you ask for more. And give you back the same bagel w barely any cream cheese. So rude and needing new management or something.

Girl with black glasses was SO rude! Started off short and basically “what do you want?” I happily said good morning as I don’t get Dunkin often. I stated I’d get the $5 meal deal, coffee made w caramel. She cut me off saying she didn’t have caramel & I didn’t hear her as the mic cut out. Then sharply, short, and SO rudely replied “we don’t have caramel!” I said, ok nevermind, you’re not very friendly! Didn’t bother me as I took it as my sign I’ll come back. Plus I didnt want to deal with the person being short with me/rude. As I pulled away she popped out the window asking if I was dumb? I said excuse me? She said what did I do/what did I say?? I said, “you’re very rude, short, and not friendly.” To which the other car who was at the stop sign said the same! The staff all over needs an adjustment/new staff in general who know what customer service is and to just be nice!

I mobile ordered hash browns after I got out of work around 6:50. Went to pick it up and wasn’t able to arrive till about 7:30…. They told me they had turned the ovens off and couldn’t make my food even tho it was over an hour before they closed that is unbelievable and absolutely unprofessional as a former dunkin employee all equipment should be on until close I was extremely dissapointed!

always double-check ur order total before paying!! they tried to charge me $3.75 for bagel with butter when it should be $2.59 w/ tax. employee told me i’m wrong, picture attached for proof of price.
I come here all the time. Almost 5 days a week. I went to the drive thru and they said they can't accept cards and are not able to tap my phone for payment. She said I had to come inside to pay and that the manager will not let her use my card at the other cash out and I must walk inside to pay. Extremely inconvenient. It's unacceptable the manager made me walk inside to pay and then wait even longer for my order cuz they canceled it when I left the drive thru. Then I get to work and they made the wrong sandwich.
