I wish i could give 0 star to this location, i have been using Dunkin as my stop before work and after work, i tried this location several times and there has been no issue until this lady started showing up at the window, 1st of all she is very rude and very unfriendly and very disrespectful. Today was the 3rd time for me dealing with her and this will be the last one because i am not returning back to this location, i always order the same thing and she always has issues, last week i ordered my coffee with caramel and she said “oh good for you because we are out of caramel, do you still want it” excuse me? And today she made me wait at drive thru for 30 mins just for a cup of coffee which made me late for work as well, she said “you have to wait we are backed up with many orders, if you cant wait just come inside “ when i went inside i see her yelling at another customer along with another dude working there he was yelling at a customer too, like seriously guys? Is this how dunkin treats their customers? I have a video of the lady throwing her headphones away on the table and talking to everyone rude. I will be posting that video on my social media to make this location and their hard workers famous. I am never returning back to this location.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’s since I moved to the area in January. And yesterday was my last time going to this location. I was traveling so I was there pretty early. About 4:50am. I ordered from my app, so when I got there I drove around and pulled up to the drive thru window. And the lady working walks around the corner up to the window, arms flailing saying “you need to stop at the speaker. You’re lucky I was right here and saw you.” I think it could’ve been said a lot different as I didn’t know I even did anything wrong. I work in a restaurant so I don’t usually leave reviews but this one was ridiculous. It was so uncomfortable

It’s funny, I always do a mobile order when I order from here just to cut down on any confusion or anything. Plus, my order is usually just a hot chocolate or frozen coffee and a donut. But without fail, every single time I pick it up, they hand me my drink and send me off. So I tell them I had a donut and they immediately snap back with attitude on getting it. Look, I do it on the app to make it easier but if you can’t properly get together a 2 item order, that’s not on me. I understand food service sucks and I have sympathy for them, especially when things are rough but, to give the sass like you’re a high functioning Dunkin when you aren’t is something else.

We placed an order (2 seasonal coffees, wake up wraps, hashbrowns and a donut) they didnt get a single thing we ordered right. And they forgot two things from our order. The people that work here need to go back to school because they clearly don't have basic listening skills. Not worth 17/hr

When this location first opened it was great, that is for about 2 weeks until god knows what happened. Service sucks; you’ll end up standing inside for 5+ minutes while the employees either ignore you or sit out back and the drive through screen doesn’t even work anymore so know what you’re ordering ahead of time. Even if they take your order and you know what you’re getting ahead of time, there’s a 99% chance they won’t have what you want.

This was the best dunks in the area until it was sold and 99% of the employees let go. Now the service is horrible and food and drink quality has suffered as well. I’m glad that there are 2 other Dunks on my way to work. Get some more employees hired and trained or get the owners involved until you are at a good staffing capacity. Shouldn’t have to close either drive thru or inside ordering to serve the public.

I stopped by this location to grab a Dunkaccino and was rudely informed that the machine was down. I am not a first-time visitor to Dunkin' donuts and I know that it comes out of the hot chocolate machine so there is no way that the machine was down. I guess it's easier to refuse a sale then to clean the machine again.
