Doors closed and locked at 6:30pm?? Meanwhile, Starbucks, almost across the street was open and doing plenty of business.

It's average to blah. The donuts are meh to worse. They don't have much of a selection anymore. It surely isn't the service or quality of yesteryear. Overpriced things for the money and actual products for sure.

If you are thinking about going here please don’t. Writing from the drive thru as we’ve waited for nearly a half hour. Zero other cars and no line inside. Not sure the problem here but do not come.
Why is this Dunkin’s so dirty? Donuts on the floor. Food crumbs literally everywhere. Trash cans full every where. went to use the bathroom and just nasty. There were only two girls working here. Management needs to have a few more people working and keeping the place clean during peak hours. The coffee was still good, hope I don’t get sick.

This has to be the slowest Dunkin in all of New England. Drive the extra 1/3 of mile to find another one.

I'm finally done with this place. The SLOWEST dunks I've ever been too, and it's every time. I place my order 10-15 min in advance of coming here and it's almost never ready. Today, it took over 10 min for just an iced coffee. Place wasn't busy either

Today on 10/15/2023 I stopped in fir my morning visit. I'm there everyday. I pull up to drive thru an the line was short I'm like great. 10 mind later I get to the speaker no one acknowledged me I sit there waiting an finally a girl says wait please. I sit for more seconds an she comes back I place my order. I get to the window an ni acknowledgement again she is leaning on the counter she opens the window I say to her boy over 10 mins. Rudly she says what u say flaring her arms so I say it again she walks away I say charge me so I can get our of here she get someone else to take care of me I tell this lady that the girl is rude. She nods an rolls her eyes. The rude girl in the back ground yells bye leave bye acting like a thug worst place ever I have been a regular for 5 years not no more

Horrible service. Bad attitudes and they lock the front doors whenever they feel like it and don’t so much as out up a sign letting people know they have to go sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. What the point if having order ahead if either way you can’t get your food quickly?

Maybe having your most incompetent and slow employees over 55 years old work the drive thru on a busy Friday isn't the best option. You shouldn't have to repeat an order 8 times for ONE iced coffee made black.
