Very busy location. That's fine because coffee will be fresh, great service. I purchase my whole bean coffee beans here, nothing like a fresh ground cup of coffee of start my day but when I'm on the road I stop here first for breakfast, friendly and prompt service.

Dunkin' on a concourse at Logan Airport? Couldn't tell which store this post goes to, since we subsequently stopped at a Dunkin' in Salem, New Hampshire. If this is posted to the latter store location, please excuse my confusion. Our expectations weren't really high; we were just hungry after a very early Thanksgiving morning flight. Dunkin' food is consistent and pretty good. I still REALLY miss the Dunkachino coffee, which has been dropped chain-wide. The Chai Latte is not an adequate substitute.I'd have to say that the knock against this airport location is the disorganized traffic pattern and food/drink delivery after ordering. Confusing to determine where you wait for the food, and a significant gap between delivery of food and drink. Perhaps it was due to holiday staffing.

These Dunkin' Donuts owners in Salem New Hampshire, may be out further it is 6:44 AM and they shut their doors locked only drive-through open even at the other location. What is wrong with these people don't open doors drive-through only Taylor Bill down and just make a drive-through board the doors up so people don't walk out of their carsidiots find another place that you can walk in. Everybody ain't lazy.

The last four times I have been to this one they leave you standing at the counter and focus only on the drive thru. If you don't have the man power, put a sign up drive thru only. This morning when they told me for the 4th time after standing there for at least 5 minutes they would be right with me and I asked how many more times they were going to say that, I got the nasty attitude and a speal about how the oven wasn't working, they were short handed, etc practically yelling at me and I walked out. You don't treat customers like that. Have watched other customers get sick of waiting and just walk out also.

Strange patrons. A man there told me my husband had child bearing hips. He was really insistent about it and when I looked to the cashier for help they were just nodding along with the guy in agreement...?... I know he's voluptuous but ko baby could survive in the harsh conditions of his curves.

Two stars because the coffee was good. The donut was good too The rest of the story is not as good:Went inside (instead of sitting in the drive thru). There was no line to order but other patrons waiting. Three staff members were making orders. They were in motion, but the car line wasn't moving too quickly. After several minutes of standing by the register without being acknowledged an employee with the drive thru head set came to the counter register. As I can see they are busy I had my credit card ready and instead of ordering a breakfast sandwich I ordered what I thought would be a quick to-go order for all of us. Wow, was I wrong. First, after processing my payment, the cashier threw away my receipt. Didn't ask if I need it (I do), just threw it away, put my donut in a bag, threw it on the counter and walked away. Not one word about my coffee. (As I see other reviews call out one particular surly staff member, I have to believe this is the one and did not want me to see her name on the receipt.)After a minute or so of wondering if my coffee was in process I saw a small, hot beverage waiting at a different counter. I asked if it was my coffee and got an exasperated 'no' from the member making the drinks. No one ever did get that drink so I can only assume they left in frustration without it. It appears items are processed in the order they are entered into the system. So whether you are inside or in the drive through, your order will take the same amount of time. After several minutes my drink was ready. She put it on the counter and walked away. No 'small coffee w/cream', no 'this is your coffee' nothing. There were three other people inside at the time so I asked if this was my coffee and got 'it's all yours' in reply. It is clear DD management have been unable to create a team environment at this location. Staff were not communicating with each other, never mind with customers. No one was remotely content, not happy, just not miserable would have been an improvement. These folks are miserable and show it to every customer.I know staffing is tough (speaking from years of HR experience) and it only takes one bad apple to infect a whole business. With coffee shops all along this road, this DD needs to sort themselves out.Good coffee. Just don't be one of those ridiculous customers who expect a pleasant customer service experience./s

When I arrived there was a customer standing there. I finished selecting items in the store side and paid. I then went to order, and I noticed the same lady still standing there. No one waited on her. We finally saw an employee came walking out of the back and headed out the door. We stopped her and asked if anyone was going to wait on us. She said her shift was done and confirmed by turning around and left! Finally, a gentleman came out from out back and the other customer complained, and he explained he was working with ice. He apologized for the others leaving before anyone was there to replace them. It was obvious that he was also frustrated over the situation too. As others came from out back they complained that they were not to work over the hours assigned. It's sad that Dunkin has made it difficult for their employees to provide the service they were once know for! This young man was left to the wolves, and from what I saw was a very hard worker that better be taken care of before he gets an offer for a job where he is appreciated!
