If you want your order correct, don't go to this store. Often 3 out of 4 items are wrong and the order is simple. Hire better employees. I've had enough of this store.

Drive thru was extremely slow! Over 10 mins for coffee and 2 wake up wraps. Also the wraps were handed to me very messy and lady taking order in drive thru was rude

I travel from town to town from Dunkin’ to dunkin. I write Google reviews based on negative reviews on locations in the Massachusetts area as well as rate reviews for etc. today’s review is based on customer service and employees, professionally. I visit this location at 7:40 PM close to the closing time lady on microphone headset was very polite on the intercom very important and crucial when customer says thank you employee says you are welcome. Very good. She said you are welcome. Excellent as well as when I arrive to the window to pay for my order employee was very polite and professional at the window. This message is for the management at this location to acknowledge that you have a good worker and should remain at her position because she’s good at it. I plan to revisit in the near future as I mentioned I write Google reviews intended to help the community

Waited 15 min for my medium macchiato then another 20 min for a croissant sandwich when only come to find out when I get home starving to eat it it was burnt to a crisp this dunks has been the last of it for me as much as I like it especially in there hiring process has went downhill to it worst

Ordered 2 things wasn’t even busy and waited 10 minutes. They said pull up out front and never came. Very disappointed and won’t be going here ever again. It’s 11:55 AM and I have stuff to do. I had to walk back in there and try to get the food that I payed for and by the time I got it it was cold. Sad

Don't get me wrong, the Donuts are great... but the selections when I go there at 2 in the afternoon is horrible... I know they are always busy, but they need to order extra in... the staff is great... just get more Donuts in...

This place is the worst.
Only come because it’s on my way to work. Employees working in the afternoon always playing around. Everytime they say sorry about the wait. I I’ve gone before through drive through and they don’t even have the headsets on and goofing around with customers at front counter.

I live minutes away from this D&D store. For a while I was not going to them simply because the drive through was not convenient. The wait time was forever long. The employees seemed to be dragging their feet and not putting much into customer service. Recently I noticed the drive through in the mornings have been empty. No backed up car lines to the street. I started going back. It appears they have a new manager on site and she runs a tight ship. The drive through window time has been quicker and the employees are friendlier, and orders are not getting messed up. I am giving 4 stars today. Kudo's for management for recognizing there was a problem.

We placed a mobile order that was a donut, a muffin, coffee, and hash browns. we got the hash and coffee very quickly. Now there is about 3 people in line. They messed up everyone’s order and couldn’t figure out what food went to who. For THIRTY MINUTES we waited for the rest of order while about 7 girls all talked and didn’t do anything even while someone was waiting. finally i went to the cashier who was a blonde and the ONLY girl who did anything and she had order but was sold out in both things (that wasn’t sold out when i first got there btw) and then all continued to ignore the man waiting for food behind me as we left. some of the things the girls were talking wasn’t something u really say in front of customers as well. i’ve never really had an issue with this dunks before until wednesday morning nov 27th. they gave us a dirty look too cause i asked for my food………
