Dunkin'

Dunkin general manager I really hope you see this and the numerous 1 star reviews. This location is absolutely the worst within the Salem,NH area. Rude customer service, absolutely dirty kitchen and poor product quality. This is an ongoing issue with this location. With how filthy the front looks I can only wonder how the back kitchen must be.

Store at Rockingham Mall 99 Rockingham park blvd, Saturday around 12pm, staff were extremely slow moving and appeared to be under the influence of something (eyes were glossy and squinty with bags under eyes of several staff). Made my coffee wrong first time, asked for another and was given attitude by blonde heavy girl. Explained I order this coffee daily and I know what it tastes like. She argued that it was correct and went and told register girl who remade my coffee again. 4 staff working which was more than enough for amount of customers, service was slow because of them. Would recommend a drug test and a talk about attitude when customer has a complaint.

This location never opens on time. It says 9am and they open at 930, 10 o'clock or whenever they feel like it. You ask them through the gate if they are opening soon and they just look at you like you have 3 heads .

100% syrup in the last inch of cup.I've had sandwiches burnt and served to me here. I've seen people wipe their noses with their wrist here. The kids they hire are talking about their customer complaints or just generally ready to ignore people.The manager is nice though.

The guy taking orders was eating the girl next to him kept being rude.. They were all conversing with a Starbucks employee bragging about how she quit. They messed up my order and were rubbing their noses. I didn’t feel comfortable with the staff and the guy almost over charged me and seemed to not know what was going on. The manager has her hands full with the crew of the store. I have never had an experience like this and explains why people were looking in then walking out.

Kids working there are ridiculous. Eating donuts while taking and making your order. Having their friends hang around distracting them hence getting the order wrong. Upon being told that the order is wrong they proceed to argue. Very disappointing.

Walked in stood at the counter as 3 employees looked at me and just continued to wipe counters and not take my order..so I left and they still didn't care ? im surprised bc this place use to be

Ordered iced oat milk latte and they gave me a reg coffee with normal milk and forgot my friends drink entirely :/ thankfully I just get oat milk because I'm fruity but come on!

unfortunately the staff is very lousy to attend to, they give bad service and are exaggeratedly slow. It's disappointing to walk into a place and be treated by these people.

The coffee is fine very middle of the road, I've definitely had better experiences at other Dunkin' donuts, one of their staff members in particular isn't great, I have literally seen her still memorabilia from shops in the mall.
