I’d have to say for one thing that the donuts are always soft when I get them here. I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff who work here. I rarely have issues with my orders here but they do seem to be out of cold brew too often. I would feel better if the employees wore gloves but that’s the only fault I see on their behalf.

This is by far the best and most consistent dunkin in all of Salem. I would also like to specifically call out David as being the friendliest and most attentive dunkin's employee I have ever interacted with. If he isn't the boss I hope his manager understands the quality of employee they have in him.
