Shoutout to the small Asian girl and the blonde girl working at Dunkin’ — they are absolute gems! Every time I come in, they greet me with the friendliest smiles and are always so patient and kind. They make my coffee just right and go above and beyond to provide great customer care. It's rare to find a team that works so well together and genuinely cares about making your day better. Keep up the amazing work — you both are the reason I keep coming back!
Can’t rate the food/drink since the manager was too busy yelling at one of her employees cause another employee called out. The environment felt so tense that we left. No fault to the workers but the manager was disgustingly unprofessional in front of customers. One poor kid said he hadn’t take a break today…. Fire that manager or just close the place down. There’s a dunks around the corner who provided better service which we ended up going to since no one could take our order.

This is the Dunkin's in Salem, NH near Delaware Road. Worst customer experience yet. Rude, made you repeat yourself multiple times, didn't know how to use register. Seemed like we were bothering him being there and no one was inside. Food came out wrong and my drink was 1" or more short of the top. I had to laugh at the service from this place. Worst I've had and we were close to returning the items and walking out.

Employees are terrible always using grain sugar instead of liquid sugar in the iced latte and iced coffee even when you say liquid sugar when ordering, they get your order right maybe 20% of the time when you go in but they lock the door so they can ignore you at the drive thru before giving you a random order rather than what you asked for. Of course it's dunkin donuts so they always serve you top quality products when they decide to do their job properly

I do agree with other reviews, service is wicked slow and coffee was not made correctly. Whoever they hired for late afternoons very obviously dont take pride in their work, they treat it as if it is a hang out. I will try coming earlier to see if service is any better.
