I Order a black bacon croissant at this place but end up with black bacon bagel. I ask them for the croissant but they ran out. But they don’t tell me that when I order. Just give me the order with no communication. I only ate half the bagel and it’s under cook too. Worst Dunkin’ donut I have ever been too.

I asked for NO CHEESE on my egg n sausage n when open to take a bit there was a cheese on my food. The store was dirty, and the table wasn't clean. The bathroom idk was dirty.

I ordered here for the first time the other day. I placed a mobile pick up order and picked up five minutes later. The bagel was fresh and the drink tasted great. They were very fast and efficient.

The coffee I went to drink tasted burnt. Not sure if that's the batista's fault, or just terrible coffee for the brand. Also, couldn't use the restroom because it was out of order. Place looked sticky, and the trash bins were full even though there were no other customers. The workers look like they were running autonomously, as if wondering what day they will decide they will quit or tell off a customer. All of this for overpriced coffee that I could make taste way better in my own kitchen, with a fraction of the preservatives.
Easy walk from the nearby HI. Needed an ice coffee to start the day!

My most favorite Dunks! I have to admit I did work there for a very short time between jobs a few years ago and my son currently works there but I've been going there 17 years now so long before my kid or myself worked there. Employees have always been amazing, place is mostly clean with the exception of rude customers that come in here and there who think it's ok to leave a mess or throw wrappers on floor. Employees are quick to clean it though. Kudos to these Employees who handle customers so great...including the bad customers.
This is probably the slowest Duncan in New England. If you walk in get ready to wait for 5-10 minutes just to put in an order, even if you're next in line.
