The burgers were good, fries were not so good compared to others. One of the employees (I assume his is a manager - the guy with long hairs ) was not friendly at all. Did not impress with how he interacted with customers.

Kind of dirty. I’ve been in two Five Guys in Mass/NH this week (Newton and here) and in both locations most tables had bits of food on them and there was food on the floor. There are so many people behind a five guys counter I don’t understand why they can’t keep it clean to a basic standard.
On the bright side I LOVE the hot dogs.

We went at 9pm on Saturday 11/15. They were too busy to pay attention and when they took our order we ordered burger and fries. They were out of Fries at 9 pm on a Saturday and they had been out for hours with 10 bags of potatoes in the dining area, they store them there. They were still laughing and joking with their friends in the dining room. They were childish and not professional, we won’t be back and nor will our friends and family. So disappointing.

My visit to Five Guys was wonderful! At first there was a small mix-up with my order — I asked for my burger wrapped in lettuce and it wasn’t heard — but the team quickly corrected it with a smile. The lettuce-wrapped burger was absolutely delicious: juicy beef, fresh tomato, grilled onions, creamy avocado, and crispy bacon. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The staff was very kind and helpful, and I left really happy with the experience. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a tasty and customizable burger option

Great hotdogs and decent burgers, the produce they use is the real star of the show here always fresh and juicy lettuce and tomatoes. The burger patty tastes a bit strong and the fries are not good at all very slimy and weird tasting with many burnt fries. New limited edition coffee shake isn't sweet enough but some shakes are good like the Carmel and oreo shake

Their burgers are delicious, and their fries are my absolute favorite!! If you haven't tried them, please do. It's a tad pricey, but it's worth it considering you'd probably spend close to the same amount at McDonald's!!
