My daughters have not been to a Five Guys recently and the gentleman at the register was very polite and patient and helpful when they were trying g to order.he made sure they got exactly what they wanted.

I've been here a few times over the last couple of months. They are always fairly fast and the food is freshly cooked.

Kid-friendliness: I brought my son and there were other kids around.

It was quiet when I got there, and there was no one in the kitchen area and I waited a few minutes for anyone to appear. The food was tasty as expected, I like the free toppings to customize every burger. It seemed expensive though, a regular fry and burger(no drinks) was just over $18, but it was their "standard" double bacon cheeseburger. Seemed like less fries than normal but I had a few more than I needed so no worries.
