Excited to try! Order went through via DD. Upon arrival to pick up the order they were told they did not have the ingredients to complete my order. Very disappointed. My DD driver called to tell me and was very professional. Don’t have the ingredients? We ended up having Wayback Burgers in Salem NH and it was incredible! If you are ever in Salem NH, I highly recommend!
Guy's restaurant makes use of ghost kitchens to fulfill meals. For example he pays Red Robin to make the burgers and other outfits to put meals together. Unfortunately this assembly process by professional food delivery drivers results in cold food and incorrect orders. I really expected a better operation with Guy Fieri's name on it, especially for the $70 I paid to get my family lunch. He should really stick to his TV shows or get Robert Irvine to fix his business!

Overpriced GARBAGE! Unbelievable! Burger was bland, fries were ok. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were DISGUSTING. They were cold and tasted like they were saturated and fried in OLD, USED grease/oil. Completely inedible. It’s like they didn’t care WHAT they served their customers. What a waste of money! Never again!!!
