Went to eat here on January 30, 2026, and had the worst experience. After ordering appetizers, a main course, and drinks, the server asked for ID. When my companion showed his Canadian ID, we were told they do not accept IDs from outside the USA. I didn’t even bother showing mine since we are both Canadian. I’ve been to 11 states and eaten at many restaurants across the U.S., and I’ve never had an issue using a Canadian ID.
The situation completely ruined my mood. I paid for the food but didn’t eat it, felt unwelcome, and left. I don’t blame the server—she was following policy—but the policy itself is ridiculous.

We ordered from here for the first time tonight. We got 2 seafood boils and they were beyond amazing!! The only reason we stopped eating was cause we were so full from the generous portions!! We will be back without a doubt!! Have a safe and happy New Year!!

Today I want to shake King Crab. I have been to this establishment many times always enjoy the service but today on November. 23rd I had a server by the name of Rosanna. She was awful didn’t offer me any refills on my drink tossed my food on the table several different times and was reluctant to checking on to see how I was doing just because of this interaction with this server, I will no longer be carrying my business at this establishment. I will drive way to Saugus to eat seafood, where I know the service is phenomenal. I hope she gets fired. I have never been so upset when visiting a restaurant until today. I hope the owner or the manager sees this review and I will be sending this to channel 7 news.
