Was just there and got ice cream as I was leaving I found a credit card on the ground, I went inside to return it and the owner (older man) was extremely rude saying they’re closed on the inside and I had to wait outside, I tried to tell him I already ordered and I was trying to return a credit card but he cut me off before I could explain and opened the door and said I had to wait outside. Uhhhh ya, so I wait and now my ice cream is all melted. Dude should not be an ice cream shop owner with that attitude. I will not be back.

First & last time there. The menu stated that they had coffee Heath bar crunch. My husband asked if they had vanilla Heath bar crunch. The server checked and came back and said yes we do. He ordered a cup of vanilla Heath bar crunch when we sat down inside to eat our ice cream, he tasted his, and it tasted like coffee heath bar crunch. I tasted it and agreed. He took it back to the counter and the girl who came up to help him argued with him that it was not possibly coffee flavored and refused to offer anything else in its place, but did have time to argue with him about how he was wrong. She was unwilling to offer another flavor or a refund. The ice cream went in the trash and we left, vowing to never return to this ice cream shop. Simply appalling customer service over a five dollar dish of ice cream and a potential health risk if he had a food allergy.

They are a total rip off I went on monday purchased 4 ice creams 2 kids and 2 monsters the charged 24.50. We went back on weds they charged us 56.00 because the owner decided monsters were alot of work with extra toppings and they take time to make they charged us 56.00. Keep your ice cream you just lost a real good customer.

Good ice cream, many flavor options, quickly seeved by friendly staff in a Styrofoam dish which slowed the melting in the hot summer weather. Take out only, free parking.

My extended family met here today for a reunion and some ice cream. We were treated horribly by “the manager” who insisted that my elderly aunts and uncles sat outside in the blazing heat although there were empty chairs inside. They ended up standing. She then proceeded to tell us we were not allowed to have my disabled son in his stroller while we were inside stating it was a health code violation. Nothing posted on the door or anywhere else about not allowing strollers or wheelchairs. We will never ever go back here again! I’ve honestly never been treated so poorly at a place that should be bringing joy to the elderly and young children.
Kid-friendliness: None. Not friendly towards anyone.

The place was packed and the whole seating area besides the booths were closed off. We had a party with some elders with us and they refused to open up seating.

Told a health violation for a stroller for a special needs child. Not allowed to sit to celebrate as a family. Not appropriate for a public place.
So my husband and I just went to get icecream. He waits patiently and the girl at the window decides to ask the 2 cute guys behind him in line if they meed help completely disregarding my husband standing in front of her next at the window. My husband says I need to order! She replies "Ya I know" then asks the the 2 cute guys what they want. Needless to say my husband walked away got in the car and we left. Won't be going back!!!
