I got the chocolate non dairy ice cream and it was hands down the absolute best vegan ice cream I have ever had, and I have tried A LOT. Not icy at all, very creamy and smooth, and rich chocolate flavor. Highly recommend. Side note: the portions are huge, I would opt for a kiddie as the small is at least three large scoops.

Just went there today. No signage about where to order, where to pick up, if you’re supposed to go inside. I’d gone to the windows before so I waited outside in line. At least I thought that was the line. After a few minutes of standing around everyone moved to the left windows. There were two groups, 10 people total in front of me. I left after 10 minutes of waiting to order and neither group in front of me had been fully served. Won’t be going back, their ice cream is good but between the parking lot, service, and pricing it’s just not worth it.

Very friendly staff, delicious ice cream, and a wide selection of savory treats from soft-serve to slushies to seasonal sweets. Pretty much unlimited choices of flavor, toppings, and other such customizations, and all for very reasonable prices. Parents beware, even the 'small' size is nothing to laugh at, as the scoops are huge! Staff are friendly and the customers are too - one time I even had a sit-down hour-long chat with a complete stranger here because the atmosphere is just so friendly and inviting. One of the staff even remembers my order because I'm there twice a month and always get the same thing - it's my favorite place in all of Salem!

I ordered a banana split which I ordered almonds on top and hard chocolate and they made me something else I asked the girl if she could remove the nuts she put who told me that no apart from that the hard chocolate did not add it to me very bad service towards the customer also I order a milk shake too and I have a cup ice cream 😡

Was just there and got ice cream as I was leaving I found a credit card on the ground, I went inside to return it and the owner (older man) was extremely rude saying they’re closed on the inside and I had to wait outside, I tried to tell him I already ordered and I was trying to return a credit card but he cut me off before I could explain and opened the door and said I had to wait outside. Uhhhh ya, so I wait and now my ice cream is all melted. Dude should not be an ice cream shop owner with that attitude. I will not be back.
