Zero stars!!!! After 45 minutes we were nursing the same cup of coffee and still didn’t have our food. When our food did come, it was ice cold. I asked for water three times and never got water. We got up and told our server that we were leaving for those reasons and he said “I understand“ and we walked out the door

We went for breakfast, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious—we ordered the pancake combo and the steak and eggs. Everything was really good, and the steak was cooked perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised since it was my first time at an IHOP. 10/10 would eat here again.

Service and quality vary, the later shift workers don't seem to care very much they love to dump an entire bag of cheese into your omelet even when you ask for light cheese. They also overcook your order and the wait staff isn't very attentive you get 1 drink and that's it
