We got the Tagliatelle I'm thinking due to timing of that being done at the table the rest of our food was sitting just under the heat lamp and it dried out the Branzino and veal chop.

Our server, Edson, was awesome. We had calamari & octopus for appetizers. My wife had the pan seared scallops with risotto which she thought was absolutely amazing. Phenomenal plate presentation. My son had the gnocchi which he loved & I had a pizza which was excellent. The bread they brought out with a plate of olive oil, garlic, a couple of green olives & seasoning was amazing to start off the night. My wife & son split a dessert with vanilla ice cream, biscotti & espresso to pour over the ice cream. They devoured it. Tuscan Kitchen in Salem at the Artisan Hotel is such a nice restaurant. Beautifully decorated, nice ambience along with being extremely comfortable & inviting & reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it!!!

This was an amazing experience! Will recommend to anyone and everyone. Great time and reached out to set up for an engagement and they helped from A to Z and she said YES! Food was spectacular. The ambience was breathtaking. Service was world class. Please if you are in the Salem NH area you must come for a visit.

Well, once we got over the transformation of the Tuscan Villa we knew once knew; we settled in to enjoy a great meal; delivered by our friendly server Chris. I liked the new upscale interior and especially like the black and white photos of people eating spaghetti on route to the relief stations. Nice touch! I highly recommend the seared halibut with spinach agnolotti and lemon butter sauce. Delicious. Bon appetit !

Our first visit to the new Tuscan Kitchen. Our server was excellent, both friendly and efficient. The food items we chose were properly prepared, served at the correct temperatures and very delicious. We will be returning in the not too distant future!!

The drinks and the service were great. The food was awful. We ordered the Parmesan Pasta and all you could taste was the alcohol it's cooked in. Couldn't taste the Parmesan or the truffle at all. The filet was tough and the whipped potatoes were absolutely flavorless. It was very disappointing because the restaurant and ambience is beautiful. Our waitress was fantastic and the drinks were delicious but we won't be back.

There was a mix up with the waitresses, there were two that came over to the table multiple times, asking what we wanted. Finally halfway through they figured out whose table it was. Wasn't a big deal though. Food was good. My wife got the Fusilli with shrimp, was very tasty. But she thought it was very spicy, it did have a little kick to it. The menu didn't say anything about it being spicy. I got the Halibut very good. We've been multiple and will go back again.

Went to Tuscan for a 50 Th Birthday party dinner with 9 of my girlfriends. Our server Michael Norman was very nice and attentive. Food was very good and the ambiance in the restaurant was great!

My husband and I had reservations at Tuscan Kitchen on a Wednesday night around 6. The hostess first sat us next to the bar, which was strange since the whole dining room had a number of empty tables. After we asked to move, the hostess sat us at another table in the bar area right next to another couple when there were so many empty tables! Eventually we got a table in the main dining room but it was awkward and it didn't make sense to me. We enjoyed our appetizer and dessert but the main course I wish had been better. I got the scallops and I thought the flavors were good but the scallops were overcooked which was disappointing. I would go back to give it another try because it's a great atmosphere and the waiter was attentive but there were a few things I was disappointed with.

Service from Esteban was outstanding. Based on a prior visit to this restaurant and having the halibut, this visit left a lot to be desired. Halibut had a fishy smell that was obvious as the meals were set in front of us. Nick, the manager, addressed the problem and solved to our satisfaction.

The meal was great. Apps, Caesar Salads, Anna's entrees. The veal chop was amazing, although it seemed they traded mushrooms for the promised herbs. The coconut gelato was hands down the best ever. While the noise level was high, it also translated to a sense of high energy. So: No complaints. Only high praise.

Overall a very good experience. Nice ambiance. Food is nice. Good selection of wines, though limited by the glass. I (we) have been there several times but this last experience needed better service. We were poured water from bottles that were charged to us when we were never given an option. I asked for more water which never came. Also, we were charged for two water bottles when we only had one. I caught it on the bill and had it corrected. When asked for more drinks (wine refills), it took reminders to finally get them to us. When having a cocktail, I asked for more of an ingredient which never came. Wines used to be presented in a formal and elegant manner, but this time it seemed rushed. The service overall was forgetful and very slow. The timing was off with the service too. The waiter eventually told us that she was really busy with others too. Understandable but no excuse and one the customers should not be hearing.

I appreciated the excellent service from the staff and the pleasant ambiance, but unfortunately, the food was the worst I have ever had in my life. The prices are far too high considering the quality and taste of the dishes. Despite seeing some negative reviews beforehand, I hoped there would have been improvements, but to my dismay, that was not the case. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for delicious food.

Great time as always, sommelier was a HUGE help in selecting a wine without forcing something expensive into the conversation. Regular visitors of the various locations but excited to see the new Salem spot maintain its reputation as an incredible place to eat. See yall soon

Great experience! I had an espresso martini and the salmon. Both were delicious! The service was great too. Our waitress was amazing! She was super sweet and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
