2.5+ hours for delivery. Somehow they couldn't get in touch with their own delivery driver to find out where it is. When it arrived the pizza was ice cold, not even a hint of warmth to it. Caesar salad isn't really Caesar if you don't give the dressing, and also forgot the dipping sauce for the wings. Monumental fail. I never write bad reviews but this is deserved

Thoroughly disappointed by their Buffalo Chicken calzone. I am a HUGE buffalo chicken fan and this was just upsetting. Onions weren't cooked well, huge pockets of cheese and no chicken or buffalo sauce. Lack of flavor/seasoning.

I have ordered twice now from here and both times my food was amazing and the staff is friendly! The bread for the subs was so fresh and soft and wasnt soggy. My fries both times arrived hot crisp not greasy and they dont skimp on the hand cut fries which are to die for. I look forward to enjoying and trying more of the food on the menu!

We are staying over night, so I asked the front desk for a pizza place. Well I place an order of a meat calzone, chicken wings and cheese stick. We took a chance but I am glad we did. The food was hot and it taste real good. And they were on time. The lady on the phone was very pleasant.

Very disappointed! A friend of mine recommended this place. I got 2 slices and a drink. One cheese one pepperoni they were about the size of my hand and pretty flavorless. I ordered a small steak n cheese to go and It was Awful! The steak consisted of fat end and straight up Cartilage pieces that you could Never and should Never eat!! There was barely any cheese and there was Very Little Steak if any at all in this sub. See pictures below. I literally took one bite and was disgusted! I threw the sub in the Trash where it belongs.
Getting good help is a huge challenge so I tend to overlook the occasional hiccup in service. When a business doesn't care is when it's time to move on. Called in for pizza when I arrived it wasn't ready - nor was it what I ordered. Perturbed? Yes but not a big deal and no need to write an awful review based on one experience. Ten minutes later my order was ready. The owner came over and gave me what I ordered, plus the 'mistake' pizza and a coupon for a free one. Wow. Other pizza/sub joints should pay attention; this is why 60% of you fail. Own your mistake, learn from it and realize you are in the restaurant AND customer service industry. BTW, they make one of the better pizza's in Salem. The crust isn't that frozen cardboard tasting crap that many dole out. Great job Isabella's!

Took my teenage son there today for the first time. The staff was very friendly! We ended up staying there to eat the delicious pizza. We are now loyal customers. Thank you for the great customer service and delicious pizza :)

Phenomenal food!! Isabella's Famous Creation is the best! Highly recommend trying. They deliver really fast. We order from here at least 5 days a week!!

While their pizza is pretty good, the dining area was disgusting. Tables not wiped off, food and other items all over the floor, napkin and condiment dispensers were empty. I was there for about an hour (the only customer eating in) I saw one gloved employee wipe a table and try to straighten up but it really wasn't noticable. I later saw same gloved employee working with ground meet in the kitchen. I'm hoping he changed his gloves but based on the rest of the place, I doubt it. The place is so cluttered and just looks dirty, gross overall. I will not be back nor ordering from Isabella's again.
