After asking on my community page the best place to get a custom ice cream cake all leads went to jay gees. I got 2 of my daughter’s recent birthday cakes and let me tell you!!!! Everyone LOVED them. They decorated both cakes beautifully. I will say both cake orders were very different. One very gothic and one very light and magical. Both Times when I submitted my purchase online I received a conformation email from the manager within 1 busy day. I will definitely continue to go back every year now. I highly recommend them! I like their ice cream, sometimes if I make a delivery order some things are forgotten, it's understandable. The reason for the 3 stars is because I have ordered online at least 8 times in the past months , normally if someone makes a delivery order they are usually somewhere that they would need a spoon to eat it with!!?? I don't understand why every single time I never get a spoon? It's pretty much common sense, people that order at the window get a spoon to eat with , I m assuming??!! This is not the only place that never sends utensils , even bigger restaurants with food being ordered, they never send utensils!! It's the most frustrating thing especially with ice cream delivery , it's already a little softer when you get it , but then it melts even more trying to find something to eat it with!!🤬🤬

Ordered an ice cream cake on website with 4 days notice; went to pick it up and was told there was no cake. Offered a generic cake for the same price as a custom cake with extras; I declined. When asking for my refund I was told they couldn’t do refunds there. The young girl apologized but this was just not good enough. No call from business owner but refund was issued later that day. I’ve ordered many cakes there before with no issues. Very disappointed with no compensation for ruining our celebration. So disappointed!

For national ice cream day my office brought in JayGee’s to have a “Sundae” Bar. We bought a variety of ice creams all of which were fantastic! The woman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly and gave us set ups with cones and cups. She was great. Good service. Good product. What more can we ask for? 5 stars.

Loveeeee Jay Gee’s!!! Both Methuen and Salem Nh locations SLAPPPP!!💯💯 Methuen location is a fun day trip where u can get ice cream and play all day.. they have batting cages.. water bumper boats.. arcades.. mini golf and bumper cars.. Salem Nh location just has the goods but still amazing. I ALWAYS get the brownie sundae and i always leave satisfied 😋😋
