Our experience at Jay Gee’s Homemade Ice Cream was OUT OF THIS WORLD! The staff at the window was so friendly, helpful and patient as we asked about flavors. Decided on the seasonal pumpkin and chocolate peanut butter for one sundae and pumpkin Oreo with maple walnut for the other. Both with homemade hot fudge and whipped cream with nuts and a cherry on top! ? Perfect size for me, too big and take home for her. Definitely recommend Jay Gee’s!

Best ice cream in the Merrimack Valley! Best cookie dough I've ever tasted! I especially love their seasonal flavors (specifically fall) such as their pumpkin cookie dough and pumpkin oreo. Overall plenty of flavors to choose from! I can also confirm that their ice cream cakes are SO GOOD! You won't need more than a small because they are very generous with portions! Staff is always super friendly as well! Plenty of parking but not too many places to sit at the Salem location. I wish I lived closer to it (probably for the best that I don't)!

Ice Cream & other desserts were tasty, but Overcrowding caused Long, Slow Lines for service. Sticky, sugar-coated service bar and seating areas attracted too many flying pests, including mosquitoes.
