The Beef Was Roasted, And The Clams Was Clamin 🗣 Now I'm Not Usually A Big Clam Guy But My Friend Recommend I Should Try Them, And Oh Brother We're The Some Of The Best Clams I've Ever Had🔥🔥 The Workers We're Kind And Friendly As Well Always Making Sure I Was Satisfied With My Experience😁 While The Atmosphere Was Average Like Most Modern Restaurants, I Was Surprised By How Clean The Place Was, Such A Delightful Experience.

Ordered online. Large rb, extra cheese, mayo, horseradish, onion on a Gluten free bun. Fries. BBQ on the side. Got it home: A plain rb (plain. No cheese. Nothing) on a regular role, onion rings. Now. I can expect a mistake here or there, but my ENTIRE order wrong? Checked the ticket attached to my bag. It was printed correctly. My sandwich box had my name on it? Seriously? $20+ of food I couldn't eat because they contaminated my meal w the regular roll and onion rings. So GLAD they take allergies seriously. A great place to go if you want pay a ton of money, get nothing you asked or paid for or can eat. My trash enjoyed it. Thanks a lot.

Tee, was very helpful in placing our order which was for 12 people on Xmas eve. Only concern, and I’m not quite sure what can be done, was the French fries were not hot by the time we got to our destination. That was 5 minutes away. Other than that everything was as it should have been.

Order at Kelly’s tonight for the first time roast me for thick and tough to bite through the onion rings were completely broken for $17. It was a very big disappointment.

Food was delicious! Lobster roll, fish sandwich, cheeseburger - no mistakes, no complaints. Our server, Rocco, was pleasant and helpful; kind enough to bring our food over. Space is clean and inviting. Would most definitely recommend😊

It's usually pretty good. Sometimes the quality differs per visit. Consistency is key. Once they get down reviews will be even better.
Employees need to be better trained. Ordered food at 5:30PM in drive thru. There were no other cars. Sat at the speaker for a few minutes before guy even asked what I wanted. I talked into the speaker multiple times. I ordered a 3 way, cheeseburger, and small Diet Coke. Drove up to window. Cashier wasn’t even there. He finally showed up not even wearing his headset (probably why he didn’t know I was even there). Took another 10-15 minutes to get my food. I’m fine with this if the food is fresh and it was. Burger and beef were warm. Beef however didn’t have sauce or cheese. Just mayo and beef. The beef was good but you need the sauce and cheese for a 3 way! Cheeseburger only had patty and cheese. Nothing else. Not sure if that is how it comes so I won’t complain about that but you would think it was have some condiments etc. cashier gave me regular coke and not a diet and no napkins. Need better training to employees on what goes on sandwhich. Cashier clearly didn’t look like he wanted to be there. Unfortunate. I’ll give 3 stars for food because the meat was good but didn’t have what it was supposed to have on sandwich. 2 stars for service. He wasn’t rude but didn’t get the order right and incredibly slow and not welcoming.

I had an amazing experience here. Their fried clams are absolutely to die for, perfectly crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best I’ve had.
The customer service was just as impressive. I was helped by a friendly Asian woman who was incredibly sweet and attentive. She made the visit even better with her warm attitude and great service.
Overall, I’d definitely come here again. Delicious food and wonderful staff, highly recommended!
