Taste of the food was the only reason I didn’t give a 1 star. Spent well over $100 for a family of five. Didn’t get what I ordered and had already waited soo long for the food. Lots of workers on phones, and standing around chatting instead of at least pretending to work. Unfortunate that the food tastes good, but the place isn’t being ran with care.

HORRIBLE!!! roast beef, over cooked, grizzle; dry, over priced, customer service was laughable, ( stood at the counter while the girl played on her phone for about 5 minutes, until i said HELLO?? then she looked up at me and rolled her eyes at me like i was interrupting her… WOW!!! soooo many amazing beef places in the Merrimack Valley area, theres NO WAY this place will survive lol what a waste of space, DO NOT waste you money!!

Been to Salem New Hampshire Kelly’s a few times. Skimpy portions. At least give a decent amount of fries. Shocked the fries have been changed to seasoned fries. Horrible choice. Go back to the regular fries.

I have been going to the Saugus and Revere locations for many many years and never ever disappointed.
But (Yup always a but) I happened to be in Salem NH and went to Kelly’s (surprised the lack of cars so thought it was closed). Bottom line it was a horrible experience. I was shocked and taken back. The roast beef sandwich was NOT tender but cold and well done 🫤 The whole belly clams LOST there bellies and were reheated and hard as a rock 🫤
I walked away saying never again at the Salem NH location and I pray this is not Kelley’s new way of “cooking” overall 🙏 I recommend you change cooks, add back quality control or go out of business in New England and run to Florida.

Is a very clean, accessible facility. The servers were very thoughtful. There's only one thing that I hate. I was not informed that my order for cheese would entail an additional cost. I think this is deceptive. What are they afraid of? Do they want to give me instead processed none cheese?

I've been here a few times now and each time have been a bad experience. The last visit made me so sick, I think i had food poisoning. Will not be going back to this place again.

Way overrated sandwich. Meet was cold and tasteless. I asked for pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. It has 10 slices of pickles, which dominated the sandwich. My sandwich was made in 5 minutes, then sat on the sandwich guys shelf for 10 minutes. The someone moved it to another shelf in from where it sat for another 10 minutes. I got frustrated and had to ask the cashier to grab my sandwich. Waste of $15.
Had the clam chowder and it seemed it was waterd down. Not recommended and the philly was ok just not what you would get a revere beach.

Salem ,NH....Fish & Chips with onion rings was delicious, as good as we get at home in Maine ! Large portions, couldn't finish it all, reheated it at home in the toaster oven just fine !
