I ordered the lobster roll $35.95 with a side of onion rings and fries. Total Bill came to $39. The lobster roll was very tiny served in a small hotdog roll. It maybe had 4 oz of lobster, way too much mayo and the lobster was mushy. No large pieces. I should of known better than to order lobster at a roast beef place.

I went to the Salem NH store and spent over $60. Worst & smallest lobster roll ever! Tiny 4” bun. Almost no mayo. Mac & cheese was from a Walmart box! Gross! Grilled cheese was dry and like cardboard! Would give negative stars if allowed. AC was on blast is the only good thing I can say.

Mine and elderly mom’s first time to a Kelly’s today, from West Springfield, MA. Not only one of the best roast beef sandwiches I ever had, but also the manager chatted with us and was sincerely welcoming. Thank you!

We had never been to a Kelly's Roast Beef before today. The food was average, the roast beef sandwich was a bit bland, the fish sandwich was crisp and average in flavor. Having never been to any of this franchises stores before I feel the counter person should have been more informative about the menu items as I did mention we had never been there before. If you decide to try it out, be very specific about what you want on your sandwiches as they may not ask. A bit on the pricey side too! 2 sandwiches, a large onion ring and 1 medium soda came to $40.

The BBQ Pulled Beef sandwich was amazing! I don't know why people are complaining in here! The restaurant was clean, modern, the food is really tasty, and good prices! Recommend to anyone!

Good roast beef, fresh fries, and good service. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.
Got a bowl of clam chowder. Although it had a good amount of clams and potatoes, it lacked flavor. It was very milky but not creamy like traditional new England clam chowder.

The roast beef is a lotta hype beciadr its Kelly's. It is a bit over priced. The RB is not very pink as otjer places in the North shore and the drive thru service is definitely on the slow side. They might be understaffed is my guess.

Food is amazing as always. I used to go to the one in Saugus after work sometimes when I worked in Boston. Loved looking at the big aquarium. They dont have that in the Salem NH spot. But food is still just as good. Just the most tender roast beef!
