Love Krispy krunchy chicken. But the guy that works behind the counter has to be the rudest person in Salem. I know you hate your job . Even the employees you work with don't like you. If I don't like someone I can be kind and courteous. Your miserable. I've come to this store many times and you're the only one that makes me not want to come back. You never have the food ready. And you always seem to be bothered by people coming in to get what you serve. Hopefully someday someone will make you smile. Until then I'll take my money to another location. I'm sorry I held back on leaving this review. But someone needs to let you know you're terrible at customer service.

I was surprised how good the chicken is here but hardly any sauce and no pickels, and the bread was ok. The beans and rice were a 5. The service was a 0. He was awful, and I was even being nice receiving bad service. ? Also the prices are good.

I am never ever dissatisfied with the chicken or sides! It is consistently good all the time! Every time I and other customers are waiting I tell them how much I hate it there because it's so addicting they always laugh and agree. Usually say something like yes, I have to have it at least once a week. Pretty good way for people to think of your product! Keep up the good work to the great crew behind the counter. Always helpful always friendly great people!

I was skeptical when my brother visiting from Massachusetts brought home a bucket of what he called "gas station chicken). All I can say is you have to try this and you will be hooked. I crave this chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy frequently. So much better than KFC which closed years ago here. Prices are very reasonable. Call ahead to avoid waiting. They are located in the gas station next to China Chef on the main drag. Don't miss this gem. Great easy meal after hitting the slopes.
