It's delicious. The service is great but be ready for long lines

This review is for the Rockingham mall store in Salem, NH. The cashier was super rude to me when asked for decaffeinated tea. She rolled her eyes and seemed super angry and annoyed when I asked her to repeat something because I couldn’t hear her. I ended up purchasing next door and got great customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I’m still upset about it.

i work in customer service so i know how frustrating and overwhelming it can be so the first time i went to KFT a few months back, i didnt think much if the cashier who seemed like she didnt wanna be there cause i understand times like that. however just today i tried them again to see if the environment changed, and as soon as the cashier saw me she had literally looked as if she had seen a MOB of people. keep in mind i was the only person in line. she comes to ring me up, and throws her towel/rag down on the counter. i ask her how she was, she says fine in a monotone voice, i ask for a drink and she seems to roll her eyes and annoyed that i ordered said drink. she goes onto mumble something after i pay, and makes the drink. few times ive been, service is honestly not the best. drinks are definitely tasty! but the customer service lacks.

Got my usual Taro milk tea but then while waiting I seen an ad for pistachio milk tea. Ended up getting a small just to try it.
When speaking with the associate she kept turning away to talk and I couldn't understand her, I had to ask her to repeat everything.
Taro milk tea is my go to and the pistachio tasted just like it. No pistachio flavor at all.

If you are going to close when the mall is open then you need to post it or indicate it in some way. The other two locations in NH were listed as closed on Google maps so we came here only to find a closed KFT. Why couldn't you at least have the courtesy to let people know you are closed so we don't come out.

I was almost charged twice even though I had a receipt. They ran out of what I ordered, so I asked for a refund of just that one thing. I was told my entire order was refunded. I was asked for my order to be rung again. I left without a drink, and a charge to my credit card. The two people behind the counter were arguing with each other over the misunderstanding. It was uncomfortable. The customer service was extremely poor and unsatisfying. I will not be back.

Amazing place to work at especially because of the family environment!! Also the taro green tea is awesome 🥰

I shop at this mall regularly with my family and always grab boba. Today, a blonde girl with a nose ring shouted at the line of people saying anyone that wants tapioca or brown sugar boba should leave the line because they are out. To make matters worse, she is having a drink herself out on the bar while making drinks. So gross. Touching her mouth, shouting at friends and cussing jokingly, and continuing to make drinks. Awful, unsanitary, and unprofessional. It was bringing in so much negative attention all around. Very saddening at a time where traffic is high due to holidays and the service is poor.

Tastes like puke. My wife’s tasted terrible too. Lady at the front counter didn’t even wash her hands. Disgusting

Sedona always knows how to make my drink with love!! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I guess they aren’t taking orders anymore ?? the only girl working sat behind the counter on her phone and refused to look up when anyone tried ordering not using the kiosk. people just started walking away because she refused to work or something, sooo bizarre. sucks because last time i was here the guy who took my order was really nice and helpful
