I've been a customer since before the new owners. Last few times the bagels haven't had flavor. I ordered a Cinnabon raised with maple walnut cream cheese. All o could taste was the salty cream cheese. No maple flavor and a couple walnut pieces. Second time in a row this way. You can raise prices or cut quality but you can't do both.

I went in on a Thursday and was the only person in there. Still took ~15 min to get my 1 bagel sandwich. The sandwich itself was just okay. The bagel didnāt seem toasted.

Finally a breakfast spot with fresh food!! You can actually see them cooking the eggs behind the counter. The owners and staff are so kind and you can just feel the good vibes when you walk in. Spicy mayo was 10/10. Canāt wait to see the place after the remodel!
