Horrible experience, my food was cold and took 30 minutes for 2 things. They had a bunch of college frat boys disturbing the entire lobby and college girls shouting about birth control pills Never again

I truly hate to say this BUT it’s the worst place in Londonderry but my grandkids lov McDonalds ,(there fries 🍟 are only thing that’s good ,and they mess that up ,truly BRUTAL,,long long long waits , then when you finally get your food, it is ice cold awful ,

Location is consistently understaffed leading to consistent inconsistency in quality, time to receive food, and hours of operation.

Complete disaster. Staff had no concept of uniformity. Employees wearing sweats. It was not what McDonald's used to represent. No lights in parking lot, drive thru person was barely hitting the mark on service. I will not go back that is for sure.

I ordered my food through the app, thinking it would be faster. My friend walked to the counter and gave her order. She ordered two meals. I had only ordered one. Her food was up, into bags, and she had to wait while mine was still being processed somewhere.. by the time I got my food. Hers had already begun to get cold.. not one of my better experiences.

Don't go at night (went at 8). Food is not made fresh. Solid during the lunch rush though. They move fast.

Always check bag drive thru. Nugget sauce missing. Asked nicely multiple times. Person at window looked right at me and ignored me. So I just waited and held up line until I got help. Acted like I was the problem.
Maybe acknowledge a customer when you make eye contact

I keep repeating myself on this place.. Dirty,rude,wrong orders, and hardly no one speaks English !!! If you're going to work in this environment, learn frigan "ENGLISH OR QUIT,EVERYONE IS TIRED OF THIS NONSENSE!!!

Multiple times ordered curbside pickup and multiple 30 minute waits before receiving food and then 3rd time 1 hour 43 minutes and never received curbside pickup and had to drive away well past 1 am on Sunday 15th at your Salem location
