Honestly it was undercooked this time. I usually don’t mind papa’s doughy texture and I’m a long time fan, but the pepperoni nearly made me sick it was so raw and clearly had been left out awhile. No hate because I know you guys are better than this.

My experience with this restaurant was great. The food is always good. Management does whatever they can to satisfy. The staff always maintains a high standard; in particular Josh who was great.

This food is ridiculous. I bought a small pepperoni pizza and Papa bites the garlic and cheese. They are undercooked and the pizza is not only undercooked, but there’s like pepperoni in the middle and all the cheeses in the middle. There’s no cheese by the crust or anything else I’m so disappointed because I wanted Papa Gino’s When I worked for Papa Gino’s. It was unacceptable to serve pizza like that. I don’t understand the quality that they’re giving now and why this is OK we can’t even turn back cause we don’t have time but I will say it was absolutely horrible. Can’t eat the bites because they’re all dumb the pizza dough And cheese in the middle which is not even a pizza to me. I definitely give this place a one star I would never go back to this one again. It was the last Papa Gino’s on earth. Why is that?
Frustrated customer. I ordered 20 minutes before arriving at the store. Stood in line and 3 people in front of me ordered and revived there food. I proceeded to wait 25 minutes longer for my slices to be ready.

It's very cold inside and no soft drinks because of covid well let's move on to the little cups they give you when you purchase a 2 liter because the single bottle is more expensive. I mean I'm paying 50 bucks for a pizza and breadsticks already. It's better to take home or deliver not to consume there.

The staff including Sean and Emily are outstanding.. I have been coming here for the last few years and the service is tremendous. The food is always fresh. Highly recommend this Papa Gino’s.
