My mother and I were visiting from Kansas City and came across Ralphie's. The team there is absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in the door, we had nothing short of an amazing experience. Thr hostess who greeted us was great! Our waitress was wonderful! The food was absolutely phenomenal and the portions were amazing and perfectly priced for what you get! We cant wait to go back next time we visit!

The service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious. The appetizer sampler platter was plentiful and very much enjoyed, I forgot to take a picture until after we started eating so some of it is missing. I had the lasagna special and it reminded me of my grandmother's. Extremely flavorful and large portions. The seafood pasta was phenomenal even the haddock was a stellar part of the dish. Plenty of food left over for lunch the next few days and the prices cannot be beat.

First time here, place was busy which was a good sign. Waited approx 20 min before we were seated. Server (Stephanie)arrived within minutes for drinks. Very pleasant and attentive. Order was taken after drinks arrived. Food was served within 15min. Myself+3 satisfied with appearance and generous portions. We all had a pasta and a meat dish. All were satisfied with taste. I had the Veal Parm. The veal wasn't the best I've had but it was satisfactory. The plus 3 were satisfied with their meals. Most of the pasta dishes seemed to be served on the wetter side, which was fine with me. All in all would I return, yes. Would I recommend, yes.

Wow, so incredibly disappointed in the customer service. We have been dying to try this place and have called the past few weekends in a row but nobody had picked up. Granted I understand I was calling on a Fri/Sat during dinner time, so I figured this must be the reason nobody answered. Decided to call during the afternoon to see if I could put in an order ahead of time and the person on the phone was so incredibly rude and talked down to me so much so that I have now unfortunately been deterred from trying this place, why would I want to support a business that can't be bothered to take a simple question about a takeout order. Please train your staff to be more friendly and respectful.

I don’t understand how this restaurant can have 4.5 stars; anytime I’ve ordered anything other than a “parmigiano” dish (which isn’t even necessarily an authentic Italian dish and it should end in an “a” not an “o” lol)… the sauce is so watery I may as well have ordered tomato soup. And the salads come out drenched in a half cup of dressing. How can an Italian restaurant have such a high rating when they push out watery sauces consistently for years? The service is always decent though; they never have a problem replacing my meal when there’s an issue, everything comes out quick, and the portions are big. I have family that really likes it there for some reason, so I’d say if Ralphie’s is where you end up then order a “parmigiano”, a pizza, or a scampi and nothing else.

Ralphie’s was absolutely delicious! We went this past weekend, and the food was amazing. If you like shrimp and pasta, I highly recommend the Angelica Pasta (I think that’s what it was called) it was to die for! Our server was kind and accommodating, and she even gave my nieces stickers, which they loved. They have food allergies, and the staff was wonderful about explaining what dishes were safe and making sure they had options. The atmosphere was really nice, too.
