We ordered burgers that were served cold and overcooked. The floors were also dirty with garbage on them. I won’t waste my time or money there again.

Very disappointed in this establishment! Went here for dinner today in the late afternoon, and the food was HORRIBLE!! The waitress was very sweet, but badgered us constantly, like legit every five minutes asking us if we needed anything, bringing a take home container while we were still eating, we couldn't even have a conversation, I was about to ask if she just wanted to sit down at the table with us, it was ridiculous!! 50.00 plus tip for a milk shake, soda, and a terrible burger and O rings and an even more terrible fried chicken sandwich with fries that tasted old!! Red Robin USED to be good, what the hell happened?!

If I could give no stars I would. The host was extremely rude to costumers. Saying they couldn’t be seated. I was ubering and waited 50 minutes asked twice for the order status and the manager said when it’s done it’ll be done. It not my fault you don’t have a real job. I am doing this for extra side cash for the holidays. I am a teacher. So I have a real job. But it’s none of her business. An employee said they wish there weren’t alive. And this is hell.

Red robin is a decent restaurant. If you are craving a burger and fries, it should hit the craving they have gluten-free buns, and the fries have their own designated fryer. However, the food took forever to come out, and the food was cold. Service was great at the beginning, but I feel the server forgot about my table.
