Amazing food. Best chicken I've ever had and the mofongo was delicious. Doritos nachos were like a party in my mouth! Portions are great and Im too full to try everything we ordered, but the jibaritos and empanadas look delicious too. Vibe was fun and the people were great.

This is an authentic Puerto Rican food spot. The food is awesome with the Puertorican chinchorro vibe. Tony has done an amazing job not only with the native Puertorican dishes but also adds his own flavor with dishes like the Mofongo pizza. Bring your appetite you will need it.

This place is the real deal the service was on point friendly and had a smile the whole time place was clean and best food it was worth the 30/40 min ride from Woburn i got the rice &beans (outstanding) and roasted pork tender and juicy cooked to order and the guy was so nice someone ordered taco and did not get he said take it for free this will be my go to Rice & Beans place please run don’t walk it will be worth it ps sorry that what was left over from the taco

Our first bite Sent us to Heaven !! Just the quality and passion in which the food was made is absolutely top notch !! Being in this business for as long as I have been it’s very rare to see passion in cooking such as this. This place is well worth the 35 minute ride we have to get here. Don’t miss out !!! Amazing Job Rice&Beans 603 !!!! Definitely found our spot !!!

Wow! The only other place I've had Puerto Rican food this good is my mom's kitchen. You could taste the fresh sofrito in everything. The beans could be eaten by themselves and the canoa was the best I've had. Hubby and I came in to support a fellow Boricua business. Now they have 2 customers for life! Keep it up fellas!!

603 rice and beans is one of my favorite spots in the heart of Salem. Tony (owner) is incredibly kind, and his local restaurant hits the spot every time! I first discovered this place through TikTok. Highly recommend fried carnita plate which comes with delicious beans, fried pork, rice of choice and salad. The interior design is beautiful too. Food options are appropriately priced. Would highly recommend the fried pork reminds me of meat that I ate in Uganda. Food is high quality and absolutely delicious. Food presentation is incredible as well! My mom loved the mofongo!
