Just stopped in for the first time. The guys are great. Service is super fast. The tuna salad I had was awesome. Everything was very fresh and tasty and they give a large portion of tuna. I’ve paid more at other sandwich shops and walked away hungry. Not so with Rose’s. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t been here yet.

I ordered two large chicken noodle soups for take out today which cost about $9.00 each. Once I arrived home, I noticed there was absolutely no chicken in either soup. I called and spoke to the owner and explained this to him. His response was just “I’m sorry”. He did not offer a credit or a replacement. Very bad customer service especially considering I paid $20 for two bowls of noodles. I will definitely not be going back.
RESPONSE TO OWNER:
I’m extremely disappointed by the owner’s unprofessional and untruthful response. At no point was I “looking for free stuff.” I was just expecting what I paid $20 for which was chicken in my chicken noodle soup. I expected reasonable quality, and upon sharing with the owner that I did receive it he didn’t even offer to make it right. I shared my honest experience in my review because as a consumer I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. The accusation that I’m nasty, untruthful or trying to hurt a small business is completely baseless and frankly inappropriate.
If this is truly the first soup complaint in 8 years, then it should have been taken seriously—not dismissed with personal insults. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner chose to publicly attack a paying customer’s character. That says more about this business than any review ever could!

Anytime I'm in the area I make sure to stop by Roses for their amazing tortellini soup!! I always make sure to get one of their delicious homemade cookies with my lunch too. One for me and one to giveaway to anyone who might need a little pick me up that day. This place is truly one of those amazing special spots that once discovered... Becomes a destination you can't wait to go back to and are excited to tell others about. Def make sure to stop by Roses for their wonderful delicious offerings and top notch customer service 😁
