Got an order for delivery. The food is always a hit or miss which is sad cuz they aren't cheap... when the driver delivered my food, she pulled in my driveway which no one usually does as I have a front door walkway. When she pulled out of my driveway she knocked over my mailbox and then she put the mailbox in place and drove off. I watched the whole thing go down and was shocked when she didn't come to the door and notify me of what had happened. Took 2 days for the owner to reach out once. She left a message and said she would try back when she was back in the store. Never heard back. Needless to say they lost a customer due to the lack of courtesy. Good luck running a business where no one cares.

Recently ordered large pizza and two large subs. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The Italian sub had very fresh meats and was full. The meatball sub was also filled and delicious.

Got 2 lg chicken cutlet subs sauce and cheese today paid a ridiculous $38 and some change. These subs were always my favorite growing up in Salem all myself starting at King Cutlet. To finish a large you would be in a food coma. This place now charges so much more with small amount of chicken in the sub and for whatever reason got rid of the fresh bread that this sub was always made with. If it's not broke don't fix it. This staple of the original cutlet sub in Salem has gone way down hill in quality and value and has gone way up on cost. This place was always good until now....too bad. ?‍♂️

Questionable ingredients, high prices and kinda gross dining room. The ladies were nice enough, but it feels kinda fake when everything else is clearly messed up.

On Friday December 2, 2022 I placed an online order for a half cheese half bacon pizza and crinkles fries. When I got home I discovered that I received a plain cheese pizza and a different kind of fry. Normally not a big deal but there was an upcharge for the pizza and my kid's won't eat that type of fry. Spoke with support through the online app and they contacted the restaurant with the manager on duty offering $5 off. Problem is the value of the problem food is closer to $10. I then called the store directly and was given horrible attitude, the manager couldn't be bothered to speak with me, instead she was yelling to the employee who answered the phone saying "we offered you $5 off, its through a third party there is nothing I can do." We don't have crinkle fries" and after pushing back "Fine I will refund you the $10!"So days later still no refund, and the $5 off they offered is only on the next order. If you don't have an item that is offered call the customer before making a substitution. At $6 for a large fry that's a big assumption to make. It is really sad how far down hill things have gone over the last year or so. During the peak of COVID Royal Cutlets was our go to local business. They have been great to the community and are trying hard but it is obvious they are struggling. Portions and quality have gone down and prices have gone up. I know they can't control certain things but the one thing they can control is how they treat and respond to their customers. I hope they can get the customer service part turned around and stay open. I know for us it will be a while before we go back.

I ordered a chicken ceasar salad because I figured a place can’t mess that up. Got awful service when I called back in because it’s a spring mix salad not Romaine like their menu says and the lady said it’s to expensive to find and I should ask what type of lettuce they are using next time I order. It’s a ceaser salad I want romaine lettuce. I politely said she should update the menu so people are aware and the answer we were told is well that Costs money. I understand but so doesn’t the wrong food I am getting delivered when I expect what the menu says. Highly disappointed with this business.

Pizza was awesome and cooked to perfection , my wife ordered the steak and cheese a special way and they got it exactly the way she wanted. Fresh bread and a very generous portion of steak. Would recommend to anyone..

Its been a while since ive been here. Just picked up a lg chicken cutlet with sauce and cheese. Just finished it and all i can say is WoW. Just like i rembered it.Italian style cutlet with an excellent sauce on that Fantini bread. Yummy yummy in my Tummy. Thanks Royal.

PRICES MAY VARY, they did not want to print all new menus. So keep that in mind and try not to kill the messenger i.e. the workers. one person was running the show when I got in but they were keeping it moving. The owner showed up as I was leaving to help short staff. The staff was great, the food was alright. I was happy they were open on a Sunday.

This place was awful! I'd give it 0 (or less) stars if I could. The digital menu signs were off. I had to grab a to go menu. Then they were out of sweet potato fries. After I placed my order, the cashier walked up to me to tell me they were out of two items from my order. The cashier didn't know how to do a refund, so she was texting the manager. Then I had to wait for the manager to drive to the restaurant to get a full refund. As I type this, I'm still st the restaurant waiting for the manager to give me some paperwork to prove they refunded my $39 order! I would recommend skipping this place. Finally, I got my receipt proving my refund.

Wish you could give 0 stars. Burnt a** pizza two times and no response from owners pretty sad. Go elsewhere plenty of other good businesses that deserve your money

Decided to give them a try. I ordered a steak bomb first thing it was two dollars more than the menu prices and they also charged me an additional 1.25 for cheese.. cheese is one of the ingredients in a steak bomb why do they charge extra. They had already charged 13.50 then add another 1.25 I don't know what they cooked it with or if it was a dirty grill but it had a strange taste to it. I do not recommend this place
