Great spot for an informal cafe-style meal. The seating is open at the edge of a retail store and can be somewhat noisy as a result. But the friendly staff and buzzing atmosphere more than make up for it.
Sam Adams Pavilion is a great spot to relax with friends or family. The atmosphere is open and casual, with plenty of space to gather around the fire bowls and enjoy a drink. They have entertainment on some nights, which adds to the energy.
It’s an ideal place to hang out, especially on a nice evening.
The downside is the food. We ordered a large cheese pizza and were surprised by how basic it was — and even more surprised that it cost $32. Way overpriced for what you get.
You’re better off grabbing food from one of the other nearby spots and coming back to enjoy the drinks and setup here. The Pavilion nails the social vibe but misses on the menu.

We ate at the Tuscan Market 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed at The Artisan. We absolutely love the atmosphere, food, the fresh baked bread, and all of the Italian desserts. We look forward to eating here every trip.
It’s not really Tuscan, it’s the Sam Adams experience which means the same overpriced beer that every run of the mill bar has and the food became worse from when they first opened, very generic, could use some Italian inspiration or from-scratch cooking inspiration. Too corporate
We had dinner on a Thursday night in the patio. There was a lot going on. The outside area was crowded with a corn hole tournament so I am not sure if that's the reason there was an acoustic duo performing in the patio. The duo was so loud that you couldn't enjoy any conversation and the duo sounded horrible. We ordered hummus for an app and had to return it because it was so bland. I had the shrimp scampi entree which was delicious. My bf had capellini with a meatball which was a disappointment. The pasta was clumpy and meatball was dry. We thought of returning it but felt too embarrassed to do so since we had already given back the hummus. I've eaten here before and thought the food was ok . Oh well
We were welcomed and seated promptly upon arrival . The hostess was very pleasant. We were soon greeted by our waitress, Bridget and ordered beverages. My wife said the Sangria was one of the best she had ever had! We ordered appetizers and salad which arrived quickly. I ordered a prosciutto appetizer on fried dough with fig jam which was spectacular. From beginning to end the meal and service was excellent!
We had a wonderful dining experience at the Salem, New Hampshire location. We have friends visiting from England and we took them to the Market for lunch to celebrate two milestone birthdays. My family and I arrived a few minutes earlier than the reservation; Katie at the hostess desk was so kind and helped me figure out a dessert board to surprise the 80 and 90 year old birthday guests. She explained many options, and they were delightfully surprised by the presentation! But the biggest kudos goes to our waitress, Meredith, for her patience and thoroughness during the dining experience. She listened to all of our questions and was accommodating to our needs. She got busier as tables filled up but we never felt like she forgot about us because she was very attentive. The restaurant has a great ambiance and a really nice brunch menu on the weekends. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive north from the Boston area.
We have dined here several times and unfortunately this time was not up to what we are use to. we were brought the wrong food it was cold and sever was hesitate to replace. Had to ask several times for condiments.

Love the atmosphere so much; All the bartenders are so friendly and attentive and the drinks are amazing. Only downside- everytime I have been it’s the same 10 songs in rotation… would love some variety to create a better crowd and overall vibe!

Worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Use to be great when it was fresh neopolitin style, now it’s just pre cooked frozen dough heated up in the oven. How do you just keep serving this garbage when there isn’t a single good review on it. All they care about is getting another sucker to come buy this garbage.

Prior to 2025, the pizza was very good. April 2025, pizza is pathetic. Cheese is awful, no sauce, crust is awful, not charred. What a downgrade

For the last 2 weeks my fiancé and I have been emailing the manager and leaving messages with the staff to try to get a hold of the manager to host a welcome party for our wedding here. We haven’t heard anything back and ultimately gave up. Poor management and customer service!
Great food and drinks. The service was spectacular as well.
