I went there for New Year’s Eve and was met with hostile customer service. This place normally can never go wrong, the atmosphere is so amazing, but this really shook me up. When I approached the packed bar, I flagged down the female bartender, who curtly informed me I needed to join a line with others waiting for drinks. While I waited, I noticed a seat open up at the bar in her section and decided to sit there. Despite being seated, it became clear she was ignoring me. I then flagged down another bartender, only for him to give me a bizarre excuse, claiming, the seat was someone’s and that they were coming back or something. This was appalling—this is the outdoor bar, where reservations for seats do not exist and seats next to me also started to open up. It was very clear he was stalling or trying to get rid of me. Quickly once the woman witnesses this exchange, she makes my drink. I am glad she came to her senses and stepped in before he made the mistake of discriminating me for no reason. For management’s reference, this occurred at the outdoor bar, on the side facing the public restroom, just before midnight. I regret not catching their names, but I hope this feedback helps ensure no one else is treated this way in the future.

It's a very beautiful place to visit even alone or with the family and friends. There are a lot of stores, restaurants and kiosks. A lot of things to have fun.
The Neapolitan pizza from outside is not good whatsoever. It looks like a premade/frozen unstretched dough they throw in a fancy pizza oven. Thick and undercooked, with a thick layer of cheese that falls off. I understand they have to be efficient for the amount of people there but for a pizza place, it’s pathetic. The pizza they were making at this place last year was handmade and actually good, not sure why they changed it. Sad to see it go downhill for such a great outdoor hangout spot.

The whole concept of Tuscan Village is just amazing and so great for our area of New England--a true destination. Having said that, on Saturday my daughter and I shared a truly amazing early fall perfect weather day. The pizza we ordered from the outside area was probably the worst excuse for pizza I've ever had. The crust was alarmingly close to cardboard and the sauce tomato soup. We ate a few bites and threw it out. Shame on you Tuscan for vile food----you are wealthy enough to provide better quality.
Went on a Sunday afternoon, very crowded and noisy. But it's a market with dining options. Tables were a little tight and not an atmosphere for quiet conversation. Great for people watching. If you go make a reservation for tables in the outside area. Food options were excellent and fairly priced .
As usual, the food was great. My sister & I each had a drink and split a pizza. The server was pretty much nonexistent during the whole time we were there. It was not busy, yet we waited more than fifteen minutes for our drinks, she never came back to see how our food was, and I had to flag another server down for a to-go box and our check.
Unfortunately Tuscan brands is not what it used to be when the original Tuscan Kitchen opened. Our food came out relatively quickly however it was not as ordered. The food, although on our table promptly, was pretty cold. The pasta and meatballs tasted as if they were not fully cooked. And the pizza was almost raw. The focus for Tuscan Brands has obviously gone from quality food to business expansion which is apparent from the takeover of Salem NH. The cannoli was ok though. We will only go there for the desserts now.
The worst pizza. Premade crust that sits outside all day. So disappointing after a long wait. Tossed it & went somewhere else for pizza.
Great experience, lots of noise though. Izzy was a super waitress, she seemed to arrive when we needed her. Food was super good, didn't have too long to get food even though they were busy.
What I would say is that the service could've been better. Our server was very good, but we didn't see her often enough. The food was average to good. The chicken Parmesan had too much mozzarella on top, but the sauce was very good and the pasta was very good. my wife enjoyed the shrimp scampi very much. The noise level and the level of flies was much more than we would have liked.

I would skip it. Recently went with my wife to check this place out since we’re moving into town. The place is absolutely stunning, but the service/staff were terrible. Waited in line for 10 minutes before someone came to me to say “we will be with you shortly” and no one ever came after another 5 minutes. There were people there, but I wouldn’t call it busy. Staff seemed very disorganized (like they had no experience or haven’t been trained). Never got beer, but got to hang out. The 40 minutes I was there I heard a bartender yell out “have your ids ready, or we can’t serve you” in a scolding type of way - maybe 6 times. I’m in my early 30’s, and I would say the demographics were 40-60. It felt like you were at a trashy bar somewhere. You can just see the misery on everyone’s faces. Has potential, but with current staff/service, I don’t see it improving.

$35 for rum and Coke and a glass of Chardonnay, Plus parents with young kids show up drink and their kids run around like it’s a daycare center and they ruin the experience for everyone, The parents get wasted and totally ignore their kids and they just run around and act cray! The parents don’t even care that they’re ruining it for everyone else around them.
It’s not even worth going to and a waste of time, Save your money, Plus the food is mall food court quality the pizza crust is pre made and gross and the service is awful, the staff seem overworked and stressed out and not very friendly! Such a letdown.

We enjoyed a delicious meal (both my guest and I had chicken parmigiana) and it was outstanding. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout. We perused the bakery case after our meal and took home some delicious desserts to enjoy later! Also - the bread was warm and so tasty!!!
If I could give a zero for food I would. Absolute trash. $10 for chips and a sample size of guac and the chips were all crumbs; $20 for a frozen pizza thawed in the brick oven. Bartender had no personality and having two bartenders simply is not enough for the size of the bar and especially the service bar. Cool spot to chill out after a day of shopping or work but eat before you come.

Adding to the pile. No matter the amount of people the service sucks. Basic corporate service at best. Really lame. Nice spot though
