This is by far the worst pizza place I've ever encountered. I ordered a few slices to go. The server did not inform me that they did have not have boxes so they just threw pizza on a plate and threw it in the bag. This is truly beyond ridiculous and 100% on acceptable.

I order through Grubhub and the order was completely wrong and they still charged me instead of calling me and saying they don’t have Stromboli or baked ziti or Mac n cheese they just sent plain pasta and sauce on side
A very tasty slice. I know this place gets some hate, but it really wasn’t that bad. I’ve had worse, and I just might get a slice again.

I have been to this place 3 times and the 3 times I had the same girl being extremely rude to me. The cashier with glasses and light brown or something hair is so disrespectful and rude. Sbarro is going to fall so bad because they don’t take care of those rude workers. She is rude to the elderly and literally everyone who goes there. Do better sbarro
The workers always seem bored and annoyed to have customers. The two emoloyees in the front had masks on, but not covering their nose at all, and the guy from the kitchen came out with no mask at all and stood for a while. My pizza was ice COLD. I dont think they even bothered to heat it up. I dont even want to eat it anymore. I will never get food from there again. Very disappointing for $5 a slice.

In the Mall at Rocking ham Park’s Dining Pavilion, I decided on Sbarro. At the walk-up counter, a slice of the XL NY Style Veggie Pizza looked good. I ordered the slice. It was $4.59. With 41 cents NH Meals Tax, the total as $5.00. Although the bottom of the crust was a bit overdone, the slice was good. The toppings were generous ~ a lot of sliced olives, tomato wedges, and big roasted red pepper pieces that made the top of the pizza moist. I like Sbarro’s San Marzano-style sauce. The common dining area was a very hot place due to all the cooking and the glass ceiling on the mall on a day that was hot to begin with. I got overheated quickly. I had to get a cold drink. I went back to Sbarro and got a regular Diet Pepsi. It was $2.59. With 9% NH Meals Tax of 23 cents, the total was $2.82. The Pepsi stood up well to ice. My son wanted pizza ? and they sold it by the slice. My friend ordered a chicken ? and cheese stromboli that she shared with me. We both thought it tasted okay. My son devoured his pizza ?. Tables nearby to sit. I'm not big on this type of food, but, service was good.Delivery through DoorDash.

Consistently the most god awful customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing!!! I’ve visited 5 different locations with my sister over the past year in our travels, and no matter which location we go to the customer service is always bottom of the barrel at best, always, ignored, always treated rudely, always made to wait for in excess of 12 minutes while an employee stares at you but refuses to greet you or take your order.
