Tried to ask for a fresh slice they completely ignore you when you try to talk to them. Just threw away two slices because they were stale. Gross pizza. No customer service. Ignore you once you order.

First off, let me say we DID NOT eat here. My wife went up to the counter at 11am when they should have been opened, and they weren't. The man that was preppingsaid he wasn'tgoing to open until 11:30. We chalked it up to lack of workers post COVID. So we went to Penny's for a half hour but when we returned the lights were still not on and there still wasn't any food out. I went and got food from another vendor, but my wife and son wanted their Sbarros pizza. After another 15 minutes, I had a funny feeling about that place and found all the bad reviews here on Google. I told my wife that I didn't want her and my son eating a place where people were getting sick. As soon as my wife walked away, the lights were turned on just before noon. BAD customer service by the man and two young women who work there and ignored us. We love Sbarro at Plattsburgh and the Albany NY area, but this place needs an overhaul of employees.

Don’t eat here- I had half a Pepsi and half a pizza and I got super dizzy and disoriented and sick. I have never felt something so strange. I heard a few people with the same experience- stay away!!!

I've been here twice and both times the same thing has happened. I got a doctor pepper and at first it tasted funny and then within minutes I got super nauseous when I felt completely fine before. My bfs pizza also tasted funny. The people working here are super nice though.

This is by far the worst pizza place I've ever encountered. I ordered a few slices to go. The server did not inform me that they did have not have boxes so they just threw pizza on a plate and threw it in the bag. This is truly beyond ridiculous and 100% on acceptable.

I order through Grubhub and the order was completely wrong and they still charged me instead of calling me and saying they don’t have Stromboli or baked ziti or Mac n cheese they just sent plain pasta and sauce on side
A very tasty slice. I know this place gets some hate, but it really wasn’t that bad. I’ve had worse, and I just might get a slice again.

I have been to this place 3 times and the 3 times I had the same girl being extremely rude to me. The cashier with glasses and light brown or something hair is so disrespectful and rude. Sbarro is going to fall so bad because they don’t take care of those rude workers. She is rude to the elderly and literally everyone who goes there. Do better sbarro

The workers always seem bored and annoyed to have customers. The two emoloyees in the front had masks on, but not covering their nose at all, and the guy from the kitchen came out with no mask at all and stood for a while. My pizza was ice COLD. I dont think they even bothered to heat it up. I dont even want to eat it anymore. I will never get food from there again. Very disappointing for $5 a slice.
