Shake Shack Tuscan Village

Order on uber eat last night at 9pm and this is what i received.

Food is good, price is reasonable.
Very difficult to find a parking on Sat noon, wish there are more parking lots.
Lots of ppl when we were there but we got to place and get our order within 15min, so not too bad.

I love Shake shack, the burgers are delicious as well as the cheese fries and they always have some kind of special or seasonal offering. I'm not super impressed with the current Black truffle Burger, but you can't go wrong with a burger from there with some nice crispy onions some shack sauce and whatever else you like on your burger. The shakes are phenomenal because they are frozen custard not just regular ice cream and again that's another thing they always have some kind of seasonal offering on. I wish they would bring back a shake they had a couple of years ago it was called the cherry blossom and I was devastated when it rotated off the menu. There's always something new and different to try and if you use Uber eats a lot of times they throw in a buy one get one free deal which you can't go wrong with. If you've never been it's worth a stop, I remember when they opened one in New Haven it was the first one outside of New York City I believe there was a line down the street for weeks. I also have never met a dog that doesn't like the bag o bones.

After ordering from a kiosk. The order was still screwed up. Don't have the time to go up and point it out. The system can't be more specific in asking what you want and it is disappointing. I have been many times to other locations that have been better.

Parking: Just very little parking at the actual location.

Service was great, “server” was friendly, as was the cashier. I resent being given an electronic tip machine when I order fast food. In fact, I tip LESS when someone tries to force a tip down my throat. The electronic tipping has gotten completely out of control, and most customers resent it. That is part of the reason I will never go back to Shake Shack. The fries were delicious - nice and crispy, and actually hot. The burger was average, but as scrawny as a McDonalds burger - all bread. I would expect a bigger burger for the price I paid. 5 Guys burger gives a double buger for the same price, and it is much better. The shake was strictly average, nothing I would rave about. The shake at 5 guys was much, much better. I have wanted to try Shake Shack for ages, and glad I did. It is out of my system, and I will never go back.

Wow, what a colossal disappointment. Overpriced based upon quantity and quality of food. Bun was burnt, little piece of chicken overcooked and truffle fries were old and stale. The peach shake tasted only like vanilla with a little tasteless orange syrup on top. Do yourself a favor, go to Chick-Fil-A at Tuscan Village.
