I place an order for 10 two lb lobsters and 20 lbs of steamers and I ask if the steamers were small and the guy that took my order said he had small ones. I went to pick them up yesterday. When I saw the clams I said to the lady I really am not happy with the clams because of the sizes of the clams were big and I ordered small clams. She started yelling at me and said well don’t take them. I said too her why are you yelling at me and she said I picked them myself. Well you are an horrible human to treat customers the way you do.Easier said than done. 7.99 a lb I must of thrown 4 lbs of smashed clams away there was rocks and empty shells inside and about 3 lbs of sand. They where so sandy they where the worst clams I ever had 160.00 down the drain. Horrible experience will never return.

If you want your jumbo lobster cooked, they cook it perfectly. Meat is very tender and delicious.

Super friendly staff! The women that helped us brought out a giant lobster for my grandson to touch! They were so quick with our order. Looks like we just found our go to for fresh seafood! Thanks for a great experience.

Seafood is not fresh. Lobster in May should be full, not soft shells so this means this is last years lobsters they are selling at the same price as full lobsters, what a rip-off. Never again.

Have been going to Shyers for about 30 yrs but don’t think I will go anymore. At Christmas, I the lobster meat was mushy & watery as if it had been frozen & thawed. This past week, went for salmon fillet, paid for 1.2 lbs, asked for it to be skinned. Got home to find a mangled piece of salmon weighing 12.5 ounces. Staff who work in a fish market should be able to do a better job removing skin. See photos attached
Just got 3 lobster today and they all water inside lobster even though i buy hard shell 18dollar per pound. All skinny not much meat. Happened to me last 2 3 time already. Very disappoint. I know them for 10 year already

sell undercooked 4 pound lobster for 67 dollars open it and it was like cottage cheese said was supposed to be like that read online that lobster was probably dead when they cooked it or near dead and could be poisonous to eat only refunded 33 dollars out of 67 and she kept the lobster meat I have pictures of the cottage cheese she said is normal 8.9 ounces of meat out of a 4 pound lobster we go there atleast 5 times a year and that's how she treats her customers will not return
