We have been going here for a couple of years and noticed a change lately, so not sure if ownership changed or staff. The other day I ordered an Italian sub with everything and when I got home and opened it, it was just meats and peppers. The lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions were missing, very disappointing.

I have eaten here for many years and always loved the food, my issue over the last few months has been the attitude of the people who answer the phone or take your order at the counter.I hate to put blame anywhere but my real issue is the owner always defending the rude girls. Blaming it on turnover and all that! no that’s not how you run a business, you need to talk to them and if they don’t listen you need to get rid of them even if that means you need to answer the phones or take the orders yourself!I’ll still give y’all a 5 but those girls need to be spoken to about professionalism!

Had a great steak and cheese sub! I always order a steak and cheese when trying a new place and there's was pretty good flavor wise got a large which was huge length wise but lacked filling and for the price did expect a little more but still a good sub girls behind the counter were rushing and making mistakes but other then that didn't seem to be rude as most people say and I did call in to order still seemed fine just rushed I would go back

Ordered $200 worth of food for a work event two days in a row ($400 total). About 4 Large Pizzas, some salads, fries, onion rings, calzones ,etc. Plus 4 x 2L bottles of soda. The food is great. I can't lie about that. But man................ Day 1, they asked me on the phone if I wanted all the paper items (cups, utensils, plates and napkins). Threw it all in a bag for me. Day 2, pretty much a repeat order. I reminded them to include all the paper items, and they said only the plates and utensils for the salads were free. They actually charged me $4 for cups for dinks for the 4 x 2 liter bottles of soda. And they were going to charge me for the "extra" utensils. I guess people in NH use their fingers to eat. The manager got on the phone, I wasn't angry with him, just pointed out the inconsistency between the 2 days. He apologized and said he would speak to the staff from the previous day for making the mistake of not charging me. I said "I got over $200 worth of food from you both days. How do you expect me to drink the soda? Out of my hands? LOL!" Again he was very nice and apologized and said that was ownership. He said it wouldn't make a difference if it were $1000, I'd get charged. Fast forward to the delivery. The delivery driver is always great. Nice guy. I always make sure to tip him and I hope he doesnt have to share his tips. He dropped off my order. They gave me an extra pizza. I said to him "I think you dropped this off to me by accident" . He said no, when you order so many pizza's they give you one for free. So another inconsistency, they owe me a pizza from the day before then! Additionally, you are going to argue with me over plastic cups for $4, but will hand out a Large Cheese pizza for free? Stepping over a dollar to get to the dime! What a mess this place is. Inconsistent!!! If you order from here, make sure you bring your own Stanley mug, or Solo cup, as well as a fork and knife. LOL!

OK first time here we got the large cheese pizza and it was fantastically delicious on the first bite and last.I just returned for a second visit I mean because you got to love a place that gives great pizza and a service with a smile.Thank you to the pizza, chef and for the great serviceCheese, pizza connoisseur!

Whoever answers the phone is a buzz kill for service . Rude . Say please hold if you're gonna argue with your co worker and then rudely take my order . Like sorry to bother you . Maybe your tip cab wouldn't be empty at the register if you talked to people with respect . Don't like your job , get a new one .

been ordering here for about a year and food is usually really good besides a couple times when the steak was a little fatty. great pizza and the steak is, in my opinion, one of the best locally when it isn’t fat. every time i call, the person who answers the phone is incredibly rude, can’t even say thank you or a proper greeting. it’s gotten to the point where i have immense anxiety about calling and talking to her (which it’s always her!!!). i’ve seen a couple other people complain about this issue and just wish it could be sorted because everything besides that is perfect!

I can’t say anything about the food here, it is always good, but the way they answer the phone is so frustrating. My family owns a pizzeria and I would never let our counter girls answer the phone the way they do. The lunch shift girl is so quick to rush you off the phone, I understand efficiency but customer service is also important. You can barely get a word in before being prompted for the next piece of information. If she stopped to listen to what we want, the order would always be correct. I do like ordering from here, but dread calling my order in.

They are not caught up on reality. Most people want to order online which they do not have. Do not order the steak tip salad. It was like chewing teriyaki gum and to sweet for a Caesar salad. So disappointed ?

I loved this place because i thought the food was delicious but there was on problem one day i ordered a pizza and the pizza came but all the cheese shifted off the pizza so my mother called for a replacement and me and my friends ate some of it(not too much) and my mother didnt know we ate some of it so when the replacement came they refused and we were okay with that until they wrote it as if we were trying to get a free pizza or “scam” them when that was not the case (we didnt eat a lot of it) so now they wont deliver to us we talked to a manager and they still wont deliver to us so its very unfair for me as the customer to not have the right to be delivered pizza very horrible service.
