They raised then lowered then raised price of all of their drinks by around $1 each. DESPITE the new Starbucks CEO saying price increases wouldn't happen this year. $1 more per drink from one week to the next is A LOT especially when their prices weren't cheap to begin with. Other locations haven't had this huge price increase so I'm not sure what's going on here. Went from ordering daily because of the convenience to not at all. On top of that they're not great at making drinks here. Whatever drink you order will probably end up with unmixed chunks in the bottom. The entitlement on the prices for just "meh" quality is crazy

BEWARE: nearly every item on the menu is cheaper in the app than in person. It’s really unfortunate as the manager of the location is super nice and most of the employees do their job well. I can’t blame the handful of employees who look miserable half the time (especially when it gets busy), but I have had my drinks messed up on multiple occasions and have absolutely been over charged for different menu items i’ve purchased here. Keep in mind, I almost always grab a pastry/cakepop and a basic refresher. The prices are just outrageous in person and I will now only order through the app (which I honestly hate doing) for this very reason. I don’t blame anyone in store for this issue, but the reaction I received was really off putting.

Worst experience 15 apr 2024Asked to change the coffee cup because lid was loose. Instead of changing the cup they put in another cup. When I tried to drink it, it spilled over my clothes. And the coffee was pathetic. The staff was sleepy

I ordered ( the same picture ) and what I received was that the glass of water( don’t have salt foarm ) was missing and I called him there was a shortage and he poured it out and refilled it for me but it was still not the same as the previous times I drank it. I drank a lot and this is the first time I feel it

Waited 40 minutes for mobile order pick-up and they even didn't start my order until I asked them about. On top of that didn't make complete order, no any whipped cream on coffees (5 ordered).

Employees were incredibly rude, a customer was asking a question and when she walked away the employee said she was “about to get violent” with her. I asked a question and got a very sarcastic response. The place was dirty as heck as well.
