Worst experience 15 apr 2024Asked to change the coffee cup because lid was loose. Instead of changing the cup they put in another cup. When I tried to drink it, it spilled over my clothes. And the coffee was pathetic. The staff was sleepy

Waited 40 minutes for mobile order pick-up and they even didn't start my order until I asked them about.On top of that didn't make complete order, no any whipped cream on coffees (5 ordered).Never order again here...

I ordered ( the same picture ) and what I received was that the glass of water( don’t have salt foarm ) was missing and I called him there was a shortage and he poured it out and refilled it for me but it was still not the same as the previous times I drank it. Employees were incredibly rude, a customer was asking a question and when she walked away the employee said she was “about to get violent” with her. I asked a question and got a very sarcastic response. The place was dirty as heck as well.

It is sad that such a well-known place, located in a central shopping center, is in poor condition, dirty and with poor service. When ordering, the cashier prefers to talk to each other and look at her cell phone instead of being primarily with the customer. .

I waited nearly half an hour to get my coffee, but there were not many people in line at that time, and the clerk was very unprofessional and unreasonable. After I got my drink, a lot of customers gathered at the door waiting for their drinks, but one clerk actually accepted a tip from a customer who jumped in line and skipped the waiting crowd to make coffee? This is ridiculous and very frustrating to customers waiting, why does Starbucks allow this behavior to exist? (Complaint has been made to Starbucks)

Manager was so rude and disrespectful. Never going again, get a manager that actually loves her job. I shop at the mall frequently, I’m always seeing her leave her post and shop around. So unprofessional.
