Don’t come here if you want your coffee in under 30 mins. Half hour minimum bc they have one person making mobile and in store orders while everyone else is chatting

If you want your coffee under 20 minutes, I wouldn’t go here. It literally takes a half an hour to get my mobile order every single time. And it’s no exaggeration. Doesn’t matter the day of the week or time, you will be waiting minimum 20 minutes. I guess it’s just a busy location? I only gave it three stars because of the wait time and the fact that every time my coffee is wrong and I have to go back in to get it fixed. But I get it, theyre busy. Still respect the baristas.

I've been going to Starbucks for the past 9 years around 5 to 6 days a week sometimes even twice a day. This is the first Starbucks have been where they actually denied my order because I asked for a large ice, macchiato in a trenta cup. Everywhere else I've been they always got it done for me with no issues.

If you mobile order make sure you do it 20-30 minutes BEFORE you want to pick up. Didn't even start MAKING MY DRINK until I walked in. When it was supposed to be READY FOR PICK UP. Don't waste your time. Go to literally any other coffee shop in Salem.

I’ve been to this store a handful of times on the weekends. Staff is very efficient for how busy this location gets. Staff is very sweet and helpful, and also super apologetic when they are out of stock on what I’m looking for (which is very understandable as this location is again very busy constantly). Definitely my go to Starbucks in the area. Only one that always gets my coffee right. :D

I frequent many Starbucks and this is the first time I truly left unsatisfied. I have an allergy and always ask if my drink can be made in the cup and or with a new shaker to avoid cross contamination. Never have I been given such push back from employees. I was told they couldn’t make my order in a new cup and could only use a new shaker, which I had no problem with but found funny as many other Starbucks accommodate for this . Despite stating I had an allergy, my order wasn’t marked as such on the tag. I spoke to lady who was making the drinks and made her aware of my allergy. She was given a new shaker by the person who rang me up who also let her know it was an allergy. She proceeded to still not use the new shaker and made my order in the shaker that was used for the other 10 orders I watched her make. I went to the register to get a refund as I did not feel safe drinking the drink I paid $7 for. A different lady behind the register gave me a refund and issued no apologies and or offered to make a new drink the correct way.

WORST SERVICE EVER. THE STAFF IS IMPRESSIVELY RUDE. IVE NEVER BEEN ASKEDABOUT MY SERVICE ANIMAL AND SHE ASKED ME TO “STEP BACK FROM THE COUNTER, LIKE REALLY?” And they made me wait for ever to order and there were not even people. This person was the rudest (see pic)

First they stopped carrying the single origin Ethiopian coffee I enjoyed then lately they haven't had any brewed coffee available! Not sure what's going on but I'm going elsewhere for my daily coffee until they find some lol

The Starbucks in Tuscan Village is excellent! Even at their busiest times the staff is always friendly, efficient, and positive! The manager who works at both this location and the Derry location is fantastic!
