Honest I used to be really quick and efficient but now they prioritize online order instead of in cafe! I waited way too long for one coffee while coffees are left melting on the counter!
The photo is all online orders… wild.

Dirty. Pretty generic Starbucks. Limited cake pop options. Barista wasn’t very pleasant. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon and not sure if they had a crazy busy morning but pretty disappointed in this location due to lack of care of establishment overall.

Didn't really want to help out. I went in with an oder for some co workers and I didn't know the menu as I don't goto Starbucks so I was trying to read off my phone and the workers kinda didn't want to be bothered.. over priced and not worth the time

It's a starbucks, so the food and drinks are par for the course here, meaning better coffee than Dunkin. The real issue is the service. 80-90% of the time when I mobile order a coffee, the order is forgotten on the brewing machine. It is very frustrating to have to flag down a barista to point out my drink, just sitting there on a back counter.

If i could rate it a zero i would. EVERY SINGLE time i come here i order a strawberry açaí and it takes 15 minutes then it doesn’t even come with the berries. i have to ask for extra berries just so they’ll put 1 scoop!!! i’ve watched them!! Employees are very obviously miserable and rude. one in particular; her name is “Sophany.” she scanned my phone for points and slammed the window on me. then ripped the cash out of my hand. i told her to have a good day and she ignored me and slammed it again! i don’t know what i did! This has to be the worst starbucks around. the drinks are always watered down too and it’s 98% ice.

Worst Starbucks ever ! Never get your drink the way you order it. The staff is miserable and rude. There is a staff member responsible for making the food , she hoards it and won't walk it over to the pick up counter. So you'll need to wait another 5-10 min if you order food with your coffee. i've honestly never seen anything like it. It's the worst Starbucks around. I actually fell a week ago leaving , a patron helped me up and asked if I was OK. The entire staff ignored me. A man came over and never even asked if I was OK. Just ask if I needed a new coffee ,ridiculous. It's a true shame because the Tuscan village is amazing and they shouldn't be allowed to run their business that way in such an impeccable atmosphere.
