I had ordered DoorDash here for pickup awhile ago. I had ordered it about an hour before close. I went inside and grabbed my food and right as I was about to leave, the employee screamed at the top of his lungs at me then ran into the back room. He didn’t even say any words he literally just screamed as loud as he could. Extremely weird and I felt extremely unsafe. I don’t know what his name was or what his deal was but completely disgusting behavior.

Good food and atmosphere was okay. The only flaw was that when I stopped by they didn’t have any lettuce for a BLT but they could’ve told me that when I called them.

I have to give the Lone Lady credit today. I saw a couple ahead of me ordering their food and the woman went full Karen mode because of a flatbread she ordered. She kept claiming that all the other Subways she went to did their flatbread sandwiches different and that she was doing it wrong and that she was trying to rip her off by giving her a 6-in flatbread instead of a 12-in flatbread like she requested. The lady behind the counter politely insisted that it was indeed a 12-in and that that is how the branch she works at does flatbread sandwiches. The woman customer was getting more and more unhinged about the whole thing while her poor boyfriend/husband was trying to calm her down amd defuse the situation. The Karen eventually stormed off in anger leaving her partner sheepishly apologize for her behavior. I feel bad for that guy. I talked briefly with the lady while I was ordering my sandwich and she said she's used to it. She said she's even had sandwiches thrown at her. Which in my opinion is just sad. I thought I would write this review to remind everybody that the employees who work for these corporations are not your enemy. Make sure to treat the people who serve you with dignity and respect. And good luck to that guy who had the Karen, looks like he's going to need it. ?

Shawn and Liam probably gave me the best experience one could ask for at a Subway. Polite, attentive, made insanely dialed in subs (so they look exactly like the pics! Kind of subs) And we’re fun and seemingly happy to be there! Don’t think the two guys in front of me actually asked them if they had a review page sadly but that’s what started it for me as I walked in and the energy was great and those two were ranting about how great their subs the other day were. Said the same of theirs today right in front of me finishing so I had to ask as it’s getting harder and harder to find that motivated atmosphere. Keep these guys on board and I’ll be back for sure! Only 5 stars because they don’t have a 6th!

Today I stopped to buy a small sandwich and the lady on the phone gave me a large one and a floppy disk that was a large one and I told her no and she made the sandwich in a bad way and for the corms there was no ketchup. If you are going to hire employees, please give them a psychological examination so that they provide good service.
