I wouldn’t recommend this place because they make up their own price. They charged me for one hotdog and a bag of chips 12.99. That is overpriced. I questioned them and asked them to show me where it says on the menu how much it was. He said look under kids menu so I did and it said 6.99 for hot dog and French fries. He said oh I can add the fries that but it still didn’t make sense how he charged 12.99 for a hotdog and a bag of chips! This place is dirty and dusty! I am not going there again!!!!!

Was great until recently call at 11 no one answers phones call at 1130 no one answers phones call at 1150 only to find out no delivery food is just as good as when it was Original Suppas but since new ownership service way downhill one night took 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery after being told 45 minutes.

I had taken a door dash order from here a few days ago, and it will be the last that I take from them. I waited half an hour for one pizza!! Every few minutes, I would ask how much longer, they would say, "5 minutes, 5 minutes", yeah, ok! I made 8 bucks in 45 minutes because of this. Never again.

My husband ordered a buffalo chicken pizza as an online order. On the website it says Buffalo chicken and mozzarella cheese. We got home and opened the pizza box and the the pizza was covered in ranch dressing (WHICH IS NOT ON THE MENU DESCRIPTION OF THE PIZZA ). When he called back to tell "the owner" that the pizza was made incorrectly she was extremely rude, saying that he should have known that a buffalo chicken pizza would come with ranch dressing on it ... However he is allergic to ranch dressing. This woman really needs to look at her business and customer service approach because it needs A LOT of work. After 4 phone calls from her insisting it was his fault the order was incorrect he gave up... They also wanted him to return to the store with the pizza that was incorrect (hopefully not to resell but who knows)... Instead of having accountability for their mistake she continued to argue that it was his fault. I wish there was a zero button to review this terrible business. To be clear, we were more than happy to return to their restaurant to get a new pizza and return the old pizza, but with the 4 phone calls we gave up and told them not to even bother.

My family had been going to this Suppas for years. Always had hot, fresh food ready when we arrived. Since the new owners have arrived we have ordered here about 5 or 6 times and it’s getting worse each time. 25 minutes estimate and we actually waited an hour and 5 minutes on Friday. There were 9 people standing around the counter all waiting and complaining. The prices are insane and they charged me .75 cents to put onions on an omelette sub that normally comes with peppers and onions. Disorganized, no sense of urgency, no hustle and no apologies for extended waiting. Just atrocious.

I have been ordering the same gluten free pizza here for years! Hadn’t been here since I heard it had new owner. The pizza crust had raw dough (mind you I asked for well done crispy) which it was not! I put in oven to finish cooking /heating it up. Took 3 bites and got sick. Investing the box and there was black pizza residue on the bottom of the pizza and granules in the box. Clearly they made the gluten free pizza in the regular oven surface. They are supposed to use a pan! I was also shocked that a gluten free pizza and a small steak and cheese sub cost $44 (yes 2 items) NEVER AGAIN!

I recently moved to town and decided to order from here. First my steak and pepper sub was supposed to have NO cheese,and guess what? It had cheese!! And it stated on the receipt no cheese!! The roll fell apart so it was 4 pieces of bread. The other sub was chicken finger and that had chicken tender that should have gone in a basket. AGAIN roll fell apart! The steak fries were soggy and undercooked. Took 45 minutes to get delivered and I live 10 minutes away! All that for $53.00.. I called and they credited me $17.00!!! Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again!! And I will let everyone know to not order from there!!! A very unsatisfied customer!!

Place has clearly gone under new management to a”family” and man has it gone downhill. Place is dirty and gross inside. My wife’s Greek salad that cost $20 was just a crappy mixed salad with a Ken’s Greek dressing packet thrown in. My buffalo fat chicken sub was disgusting, soggy and fell completely apart. And finally, the “cheesecake” must have been a month old. Tasted literally like candle wax. Pathetic for a $50 dinner. Will never be going back.

Ordered a large pizza and a sandwich on a weeknight. Food took 40 minutes to arrive after being told it would be 20-25 over the phone. The sandwich was wrong even though the receipt the driver gave me listed my order properly. It is clear the place is under new ownership, it was never like this before.
