Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. 💚
I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.
a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.
Bathroom had no soap or paper towels. Servers were rude. Salad was wilted. Had barely any options. Everything was out. $19 for that? Nope. Will never go back.

The service was good but the food is overpriced and Nasty and the portions are way too small for the price. Will definitely not be coming back again.
Always have a good experience here. Happy to have sweetgreen in NH.

I love Sweetgreen, but the Salem location needs to do better. If you like rotten avocados, then this is your place. Whenever I order a to go with an avocado, they get me rotten ones that taste horrible and charge $2.00+ for that. Please, bring out the fresh ones! A little more respect for your clients would be appreciated, Sweetgreen.

It's a little pricey, but that's to be expected. The veggies were fresh, and the servings were large.

Paid $23 for a custom bowl. Only wanted rice and they gave me half a scoop… chipotle gives you more rice than this. Steak looks unappealing and plain. Will be requesting a refund this is

Definitely like Sweetgreen overall. First time ordering from this location. Order wasn't prepared accurately, which is not really acceptable given the price and the clear way Sweetgreen lists out order ingredients for prep. Almost never have issues at other locations. I submitted as a pick-up order and it was also placed in the delivery section, which was confusing and caused me to have to wait for an employee to sort out the mix up. And, less on Sweetgreen, but a note about the location that you have to walk a little for pick-up if you want to avoid paid parking in front of the store. It's clear Tuscan Village is trying to go for some sort of upscale, trendy city shopping vibe, but it's absurd to me that all you have in front of this location is paid street parking – no free pick-up or food delivery driver spot/zone right out front. This is Salem, NH, not the Seaport in Boston. Parking should be free everywhere. I usually go to Sweetgreen at Market Street in Lynnfield – a very similar upscale shopping area – and there's no fee to park anywhere there. You're not that cool, Salem...
Parking: Paid street parking immediately out front, which is absurd. Free lot about 50 yards away.

I placed a takeout order at this new location. The salad itself was packed and made well, but they forgot the avocado in the Guacamole Greens salad. Avocado is the fundamental ingredient of that salad. Without the avocado, the salad was way too overpriced. That was disappointing...
