I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I ordered my food on 9/20 around 8-9pm ish , when I received my meal and when I opened it , the dressing was spilled in the food, the meal look like a left over meal . I die not see everything I added in my meal. Things were missing , I did not receive the exactly mean I ordered . I don’t feel comfortable eating this based on how it looked and not seeing the additional things I added. I need my refund

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

Decided to order again due to hearing the news that sweetgreen was upping their protein by 25% to bring in more business. Unfortunately I did not receive this on the bowl I just ordered and I’m tired of paying extra for more protein just to be filled up. Ends up being close to $20 for a salad. So wild.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

My boyfriend and I got in line, but my 6 year old son had to go to the bathroom.. so I walked him over to where the bathrooms were and when I Walked back over to the line that there was somebody that had gotten behind with my boyfriend so I went under the rope to get back in line with him a he was ordering his food. The next employee ended up helping the people behind me instead of me. So we had to wait the entire time for them to order and pay before we could finish ordering and pay. I get better service at chipotle. Misunderstanding or not, the employees need to a knowledge customers that are in line. I felt invisible in this place, to everyone..
This location has gone downhill since they opened. They barely put any toppings on. It’s just not worth the money you spend.

Sweetgreen at Tuscan Village was a standout. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and every bite was full of flavor. Easily one of the best salads I’ve ever had — clean, satisfying, and made just how I wanted it.
The menu has a great mix of signature bowls and fully customizable options. Everything is prepared quickly and with care, and you can really taste the difference in quality compared to typical fast-casual spots.
The place is modern and well-run, and the staff was efficient and friendly. You feel like you’re eating something that’s actually good for you, without sacrificing taste.
I wish there was a Sweetgreen near me — I’d be there every week. If you’re anywhere near Tuscan Village, make the stop.
