I love this place!!! I met the manager and he was the sweetest!!! It was fast and easy to get my food and overall the experience was amazing. I usually do online ordering and I’m usually a person that’s pretty antisocial, but I felt welcomed and it was an easy process! This place is definitely my new go to.

I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

First off, the girl who made my bowl, Gabriella, she's great. Very kind and understanding even after I changed my mind a couple times. All the employees I've noticed are really good, but the manager however, he is something else. The few times I've been in and he's there, he never looks friendly, he doesn't help anyone and he reeks of cigarette smoke. He himself makes the experience a bit unpleasant.

Terrible experience. Went in 12/23 at 6:30 Side door was locked when I tried to enter then No one greeted me for over 5 min after I entered as they were too busy on their phones as I stood at the counter. When I did get someone’s attention and asked for an avocado ranch bowl she made it with quinoa when it calls for white rice so I asked her get me white rice instead. After she made my bowl it rung up to four dollars more than advertised when I asked about it the two girls said it’s a salad not a bowl and I have to pay more for rice I pointed out it’s not the advertised price. Also it says it comes with rice. They were very upset with me and told me I got a hot honey bowl not an avocado ranch bowl I’d asked for multiple times and they had confirmed I was originally getting. I left without food as they rolled their eyes at me.
Customer service is unbelievable. Angelica is a disturbed young woman who apparently often threatens customers. She tried to ATTACK my sister after ordering her little salad bowl, screaming with her hands in the air, “wanna wait for me outside?”. It was like something out of a movie, honest to god. The manager, god bless his soul, did nothing out of fear of what Angelica was capable of. He went into the back to speak with her and she then threatened him too with the hands in the air. We could all see it go down from behind the counter as it’s only glass into the back room. Not many times have I been this appalled at one’s behavior, but this time for sure I was. Fear, shock, disappointment, and betrayal all overtake me in these moments. I hope something is done. I just wanted a salad

The food at sweet green is amazing don’t get me wrong but the service is absolutely despicable. I was having lunch out with some friends and from the moment we walked in, Angelica who is a worker there started targeting my friend. Angelica from the moment she started taking my friends order, it was constant dirty looks, constant little giggles, and as we’re leaving, she begins screaming at us clapping her hands while shouting at us asking if we need that. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Management did nothing. They mentioned this wasn’t her first offense. Embarrassing the company and herself, Unacceptable.

I love sweetgreen and I always have a great experience in Bedford nh and at the north shore mall but this location just dropped the ball a bit for me the steak in my salad was tough and over cooked and so was the roasted broccoli like it was mushy and kinda burnt which is a bummer cause that’s my favorite thing to add as the bread was rock hard stale like it had been out longer than a the day. I love sweet green and I always suggest it but not this location
