I’m not exaggerating it was the worst service I’ve ever had. Our waitress rarely if ever checked on us.. she did more talking to other people than checking on us or our food.
Manager had to come out and tell us some of our food items we ordered 45 minutes after we ordered weren’t available.
Then our re order took another 20 minutes and they forgot our fries.
It’s a joke.

We went for the first time today and it was delicious! We all ordered something different and everyone loved their meal. Brianna was our server and she was great! Definitely going back again soon.

The food wasn't the best nor was the service. It took our waitress 30mins to take our order and to put it into the kitchen. We waited another 30mins just for our appetizers! By the time we got the appetizers we were already asking for the check since it took so long just for the starters. Let's just say the appetizers wasn't worth the wait! We paid and left!!! Not to mention the place wasn't even full either, so I can't imagine how it is when the place is packed with customers

Parking: Plenty of parking on the sides and in the back of the restaurant but there weren't many handicapped spots

Wheelchair accessibility: The front door was wheelchair accessible and main ground so there were no steps

Miss the old tbones menu with the delicious wheat bread and baked stuffed shrimp. Not much on their menu I like now. Service cleanliness etc was all great it's just my personal taste that I don't like their menu selection.

A bit disappointed in our meal. We ordered Turkey dinner; in past this had been very good. This particular visit it was just ok. Stuffing was boxed stovetop like stuffing with cubed bread still cubed. Turkey was thinly cut and not as flavorful. Potatoes lacked flavor. Squash was very good.
Service was good, but one glitch. We ordered kids meals to get them out early, but our meals arrived before theirs. Wait staff quickly checked on meals and got them out a few minutes later.
Not sure we will order Turkey dinner again.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, The general manager of this restaurant fired an employee covered under the Americans with disabilities act without paying final wages less of a food review and really to spread the word about how awful the management team treats their employees and “team mates”.

I recently visited this American restaurant and ordered the T-bone steak, which was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, and the restaurant itself is very well maintained. Despite being around for almost 40 years, the place feels fresh and welcoming. From the front desk to the dining room and even the restrooms, everything was spotlessly clean and well-organized.

There was a minor issue with my order, but the manager quickly addressed it and ensured everything was perfect. Special thanks to our server, Danielle, who provided outstanding service throughout the meal.

I will definitely be coming back with my family! Thank you for the great food and excellent service.

I took my family out to Canobie Lake Park for a family outing. We stopped at this restaurant before heading home. We were warmly greeted and seated fairly quickly. After meeting our server ,receiving water, warm bread, and whipped butter( delicious), we placed our orders. We had 3 burgers, chili, salad, and one kids meal( roasted turkey, gravy, potatoes, and broccoli.
It took 45 minutes to get our food.
It was room temperature upon arrival. It appeared that it had sat waiting for delivery for at least 20 minutes, judging from the temperature of the burgers. Fries were close to cold, and kids' meal gravy had started to congel up. I'm not sure why. Just know I will not visit again, and if you choose to go,keep an eye on your server so that you receive HOT food. I was inclined Not to tip,but my daughter softened my heart by reminding me that servers rely on this to make a living. The order suggested 18% minimum,I gave 15%. Would have been more if service and food were better quality.
