Absolutely sucks that this location was not open tonight! Observed 6 cars leaving the drive through in 10 minutes time at 8:30 pm seeking food. This is a publicly traded company. They should be offering food for sale to their community even during a holiday. It’s a failure and loss of revenue to the business that they closed at 6pm on Dec 24th 2025.

I stopped at the Taco Bell/Long John Silver’s combo location and was really disappointed. If the restaurant is open, BOTH sides of the menu should be available. It makes no sense that Long John Silver’s is “closed” while Taco Bell is serving — it’s one building, one kitchen, and one staff. Customers should be able to order from either side any time the doors are open.
On top of that, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping and gave off the impression that serving customers was more of a hassle than part of their job. When you come in hungry and spend your money, you expect a basic level of friendliness and service — which just wasn’t there.
If management wants people to keep coming back, they need to fix both the hours for Long John Silver’s and the attitude of the staff.

The staff was all over the place without any coordination. They gave me someone's order, order bag someone's but my order sticker. After that than massed up my order items. I have order 2 different Luxe boxes they combined all items in one paper bag, with missing two chalupa. Again wait for 15 min now, and Even after i mentioned to make two seperate luxe box, they comnined everything one bag, now I ended up opening every item and find what goes to whom.... would avoid this Tacobell if have other option. Online oder with take out ended with 40 min wait.
After all this the staff was really terrific in communications with angry look.
They did mixed up or didn't had proper prepared other. Two person's dinner at the same time i wad waiting.

It's been like 4 months since I had taco bell. I've been going through withdrawals. The no-taco-bell sweats etc etc. The girl at the window was super friendly and the burrito was delicious. <3 :') 10/10

They forgor my freaking meat in my crunch wrap. Then i was put in a shame circle for asking for my Agua Fresca. BUT the atomic Feng Shui of the bathroom SCREAMED constipation aesthetic. Also many of the employees were meanie pantses and one tried too hard to be nonchalant. One girl was nice though so that's why I give two stars Luv u girl.

The night crew at this place is phenomenal. You should have seen this crew working together tonight. It's 10:44 and they were slammed with bear full capacity inside and long line in drive through. I had my to go order in under 4 minutes and when I looked everyone was taken care of, no more line. Unreal. I've been in restaurant biz for years. These guys have symmetry. 🔥🔥👑
Staff is super lazy and it’s embarrassing to have them as employees. They use their phones in front of your face while you wait for them to take your order or and reach their hands in their pants while working with food. Yuck!

I order cheese roll up and they served it with meat. Also, I have added potato’s to my soft taco and it was all burnt, taste so weird. I called the store and no one is picking it up.

This Taco Bell has been extremely disappointing every time I’ve been there. Either they forget sauces or half of the order. The staff is so rude and it takes forever. Everything is always cold. There is nothing good to say about this location, I’d rather drive 20 minutes out of the way to another taco bell.
